In the 4th minute, Kent Remme made a precise shot to the right of Waut Limpens. North Hill United's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-1. In the 7th minute, Omer Vandamme left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The North Hill United fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-1. Omer Vandamme blasted a shot towards the goal in the 10th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Olav Øverby having to make a save. Brufoss IL's Olav Øverby proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 13th minute of the match, managed to save Brufoss IL from getting a goal against them. Omer Vandamme took the ball and in the 16 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Olav Øverby. Olav Øverby dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-1. Omer Vandamme hit a great freekick 18 minutes into the match. In the 18th minute, Omer Vandamme fired away a sharp free kick straight at the goal. It looked like it might be really tough for the goalie to handle, but the shot went into the stands to the left of Olav Øverby. Olav Øverby showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Omer Vandamme in the 20th minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Emanuel Markham in the 21st minute of play forced North Hill United's goalkeeper Waut Limpens to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Olav Øverby made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Omer Vandamme in the 23rd minute of play. Omer Vandamme blasted a shot towards the goal in the 27th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Olav Øverby having to make a save. After a rather tough play, Brufoss IL's Karl Bergstrøm got a free kick in the 30th minute. Olav Øverby made an important save on a dangerous shot by Arnauld Gramet in the 31st minute. Omer Vandamme recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 34th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Omer Vandamme received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Olav Øverby came out and tried to block the shot, but Omer Vandamme slotted it home off the left post making it 3-1 in the 38th minute. The supporters of Brufoss IL booed when North Hill United was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 44 match minutes in a wonderful position. David De Raeijmaecker didn't get a good kick on the ball. Xander-Paul Kerselaers's late challenge caught a Brufoss IL's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Xander-Paul Kerselaers helped the player get up and apologised. After a rather tough play, North Hill United's Xander-Paul Kerselaers got a free kick in the 45th minute. Kent Remme struck a weak shot in the 46th minute. Waut Limpens didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Brufoss IL. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 3-1.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Omer Vandamme made a kick off. Brufoss IL's Vetle Nygård got a good chance for a goal in the 52nd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 54th minute the ball was on its way in behind Brufoss IL's goalkeeper Olav Øverby, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. 59 minutes into the match, Omer Vandamme notched a goal, 4-1, to the right of Brufoss IL's Olav Øverby. Olav Øverby was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Xander-Paul Kerselaers kicked well hit freekick during the 62nd minute of the match. After 64 played minutes Brufoss IL got a freekick which was hit by Arild Reppen. After 66 played minutes Brufoss IL got a freekick which was hit by Kajetan Kazimierz. Brufoss IL made a substitution. Tor-Egil Arntsen replaced Karl Bergstrøm. In the 67th match minute, Brufoss IL was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Kajetan Kazimierz to maneuver through the defense. After a defensive mix-up in Brufoss IL's zone, Omer Vandamme stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Olav Øverby came out of the goal and Omer Vandamme tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After 70 minutes of play, North Hill United's Omer Vandamme made it 5-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Olav Øverby was left in no man's land by his defense there! Olav Øverby took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Omer Vandamme, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. When North Hill United's Omer Vandamme in the 76th minute got a chance for a shot 76th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Brufoss IL's goalie prevented a goal. David De Raeijmaecker sent away a hard shot on goal in the 79th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. A sloppy throw-in by Kajetan Kazimierz in the 84th minute of the game went astray and was snapped up by North Hill United's David De Raeijmaecker. Tor-Egil Arntsen hit a great freekick 85 minutes into the match. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Omer Vandamme in the 88th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Olav Øverby prevented the ball from getting in the gole. In the 89th minute, Emanuel Markham ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Waut Limpens was frozen by the shot and now it was 5-2.
