Mario Peio hit a great freekick 8 minutes into the match. 17 minutes into the game, Bernt Lund was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Bora Bora's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Boedo Crows the free kick. In the 17th match minute, Bora Bora was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Bernt Lund to maneuver through the defense. In the 18th minute of the match Abelardo Oihan sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Ture Nyman skillfully saved the ball. Gilbert Lindman could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 25th minute of the match, but Enzo Avellaneda made a huge save. In the 25th match minute, Bora Bora was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Carl Ekberg to maneuver through the defense. In the 33rd minute Eliseo Perez shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ture Nyman saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Mario Peio in the 35th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Ture Nyman saved Bora Bora from getting behind. After 35 minutes, Mario Peio made it 2-1 with a short kick to the right side. Bora Bora's Ture Nyman tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. A collision led to Boedo Crows getting a freekick after 39 minutes play. Ciro Chuan hit a great ball. Enzo Avellaneda acted impressively in front of the goal and made a superb save when he, in the 40th minute, took the ball on the long shot from Bernt Lund. Ture Nyman made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Mario Peio in the 43rd minute of play. After 46 minutes, Eliseo Perez made it 2-2 with a short kick to the right side. Bora Bora's Ture Nyman tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.
The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Gilbert Lindman to strike the kick off in the second half. After a rather tough play, Boedo Crows's Lucio Xacintu got a free kick in the 51st minute. Enzo Avellaneda made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Nils-Åke Lindberg in the 52nd minute of play. Luisito Distiratsu kicked well hit freekick during the 54th minute of the match. In the 57th minute, Eliseo Perez got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. The audience thought a goal was coming when Mario Peio got free with Ture Nyman in the 60th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Benjamin Magnusson's late challenge caught a Boedo Crows's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Benjamin Magnusson helped the player get up and apologised. After 61 played minutes Bora Bora got a freekick which was hit by Benjamin Magnusson. After having played for 61 minutes, Mario Peio managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Boedo Crows's supporters crossed their fingers, but Mario Peio was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 64th match minute, Boedo Crows was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Carlos Milio to maneuver through the defense. In the 71st minute, Gilbert Lindman ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Enzo Avellaneda was frozen by the shot and now it was 3-2. In the 74th minute, Sven-Olof Gernberg hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After having played for 75 minutes, Mario Peio managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Boedo Crows's supporters crossed their fingers, but Mario Peio was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Ture Nyman didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Mario Peio went, in the 77th minute, to the upper right corner, 3-3 was the resulting score. After some careless play in the Bora Bora defense, Mario Peio kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Ture Nyman. The Bora Bora fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Ture Nyman should have stopped the shot. Thanks to some nice moves Mario Peio could shoot a difficult shot in the 88th minute, which Ture Nyman however easily saved by the left post. Ture Nyman showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ladislao Cesario, who was totally free with the ball in the 89th minute. In the 91st match minute, Boedo Crows was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Lucio Xacintu to maneuver through the defense. In the 92nd match minute, Boedo Crows was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Luisito Distiratsu to maneuver through the defense. The supporters of Bora Bora booed when Boedo Crows was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 94 match minutes in a wonderful position. Luisito Distiratsu didn't get a good kick on the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Gilbert Lindman in the 95th minute of play forced Boedo Crows's goalkeeper Enzo Avellaneda to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Boedo Crows played a much better game than Bora Bora and deserved their victory. The Bora Bora players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
