Olaf Zacharzewski stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Ronnie Schilder's shot from short distance in the 5th minute. 8 minutes into the match, SC Otten's goal looked a bit too open when Dariusz Rybak came free, but Olaf Lübke reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Olaf Zacharzewski made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Frederik Vielmann in the 10th minute of play. Ronnie Schilder scored 0-2 in the 11th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Olaf Zacharzewski, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. After 16 minutes, Hellmut Klasen mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the SC Otten and the UNITED GWAREK players grew even worse after the yellow card. After 16 played minutes SC Otten got a freekick which was hit by Hellmut Klasen. In the 17th minute of the match Edward Domaracki sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Olaf Lübke skillfully saved the ball. Dariusz Rybak came free with the goalkeeper in the 19th minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and Olaf Lübke could save by the left post. When the match clock showed 24 minutes, the score became 0-3 when Ronnie Schilder sped through UNITED GWAREK's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Olaf Zacharzewski. UNITED GWAREK's Edward Domaracki got a good chance for a goal in the 30th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Olaf Lübke showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Dariusz Rybak in the 32nd minute of the match. Olaf Zacharzewski made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Frederik Vielmann in the 34th minute of play. SC Otten were winning 0-4.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Ronnie Schilder to make the kick off. After 52 played minutes SC Otten got a freekick which was hit by Sargon Baek. UNITED GWAREK's Edward Domaracki got a good chance for a goal in the 53rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After some careless play in the SC Otten defense, Cyprian Golembiewski kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Olaf Lübke. The SC Otten fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Olaf Lübke should have stopped the shot. Dariusz Rybak's late challenge caught a SC Otten's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Dariusz Rybak helped the player get up and apologised. In the 61st minute, Dariusz Rybak hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After some fancy dribbling in the 62nd minute, Ronnie Schilder managed to get in a good position for a shot. SC Otten's supporters rose to their feet, but Ronnie Schilder was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Olaf Zacharzewski breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Rudi Tenhagen fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 64th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Olaf Zacharzewski having to interfere. In the 67th minute Ronnie Schilder shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Olaf Zacharzewski saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 68th match minute, SC Otten was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Sargon Baek to maneuver through the defense. SC Otten's Olaf Lübke played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Pankracy Borkowski in the 69th minute of play. Cyprian Golembiewski scored 2-4 in the 70th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Olaf Lübke, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Olaf Lübke showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Cyprian Golembiewski, who was totally free with the ball in the 75th minute. Olaf Zacharzewski didn't succeed in stopping the ball in the 79th minute, which inside left pole to 2-5. The supporters of UNITED GWAREK booed when SC Otten was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 81 match minutes in a wonderful position. Ronnie Schilder didn't get a good kick on the ball. Olaf Lübke took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Edward Domaracki, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Sargon Baek was astounded when the referee showed him the red card after a seemingly innocent challenge, 87 minutes into the match. Sargon Baek hit a great freekick 88 minutes into the match. Edward Domaracki, 89 minutes into the match, dribbled the ball up the side of the field and decided to take a long shot at the goal. Unfortunately, the ball was poorly hit and landed closer to the corner than to the goal. Pankracy Borkowski scored 3-5 in the 91st match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Olaf Lübke, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. When Cyprian Golembiewski fell near the penalty area in the 96th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored UNITED GWAREK's protests and gave Cyprian Golembiewski a yellow card for diving instead. A collision led to UNITED GWAREK getting a freekick after 96 minutes play. Cyprian Golembiewski hit a great ball. SC Otten's supporters were very happy and cheered loudly because their team had won after a very close match.
