Spectators: 7504 (Terracing: 5629, Seating: 1726, VIP seats: 149) Severino Rodrigues started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. 14 minutes into the match, Severino Rodrigues notched a goal, 0-1, to the right of Balkes FC's Xamo Viladrosa. Xamo Viladrosa was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Xamo Viladrosa showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Andrézinho Rossi, who was totally free with the ball in the 19th minute. Dedé Dante showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Iván Sotomayor in the 25th minute of the match. Xamo Viladrosa came out of the goal in the 34th minute to try and stop a shot by Aurora FC's Carlos Eduardo Jacinto. But to his dismay, Carlos Eduardo Jacinto quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-2. In the 36th minute, Iván Sotomayor hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After a rather tough play, Aurora FC's Carlos Eduardo Jacinto got a free kick in the 37th minute. Aurora FC's defense didn't have a chance, in the 39th minute, when Iván Sotomayor scored to the left of an out of position Dedé Dante, making the score, 1-2. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 1-2 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Iván Sotomayor was the one to do the kick off. In the 58th minute Carlos Eduardo Jacinto shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Xamo Viladrosa saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 59 minutes into the match, Balkes FC's goal looked a bit too open when Andrézinho Rossi came free, but Xamo Viladrosa reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Aurora FC's Leonel Loureiro got a good chance for a goal in the 65th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Dedé Dante didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Iván Sotomayor went, in the 68th minute, to the upper right corner, 2-2 was the resulting score. If Iván Sotomayor had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 71st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Severino Rodrigues sent away a hard shot on goal in the 76th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Balkes FC's Xamo Viladrosa played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Carlos Eduardo Jacinto in the 79th minute of play. A collision led to Balkes FC getting a freekick after 79 minutes play. Olivar Regulez hit a great ball. 82 minutes into the match, Balkes FC's goal looked a bit too open when Severino Rodrigues came free, but Xamo Viladrosa reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 83 minutes had been played when some careless play by Balkes FC's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Leonel Loureiro was slow to take the kick. During this time Aurora FC's players had a chance to rest. When the referee blew the final whistle, you could see the dissatisfaction in the Aurora FC players' eyes. They were disappointed they hadn't taken more from the game.
