Spectators: 7507 (Terracing: 5631, Seating: 1726, VIP seats: 150) Nelsinho Meira made the kick off and thus started the match. When Nelsinho Meira came up free with the goalie in the 3rd minute, the Pindorama fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Nelsinho Meira couldn't finish the play. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Andrézinho Rossi in the 5th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Hortêncio Duarte saved Pindorama from getting behind. An unexpectedly hard shot by Hernani Quirino in the 6th minute of play forced Pindorama's goalkeeper Hortêncio Duarte to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Hortêncio Duarte made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Hernani Quirino in the 9th minute of play. Conrado Qwinton hit a great freekick 12 minutes into the match. 12 minutes into the match, Pindorama's goal looked a bit too open when Hernani Quirino came free, but Hortêncio Duarte reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Hortêncio Duarte took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Hernani Quirino, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Hernani Quirino recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 20th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Nelsinho Meira in the 23rd minute of play forced Aurora FC's goalkeeper Dedé Dante to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Conrado Qwinton who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 24thth minute tested the skills of Dedé Dante when he managed to save the team from getting behind. When Pindorama's Nelsinho Meira in the 27th minute got a chance for a shot 27th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. Dedé Dante showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Nelsinho Meira, who was totally free with the ball in the 29th minute. Pindorama's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Davi Luis in the 32nd minute. After taking down the ball on Pindorama's corner Davi Luis fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Dedé Dante quite easily take care of the ball. Conrado Qwinton recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 37th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Aurora FC's Dedé Dante played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Nelsinho Meira in the 39th minute of play. If Andrézinho Rossi had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 44th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. An unexpected shot in the 46th minute by Nelsinho Meira got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. In the 47th minute, Osvaldo Maranhense hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Hernani Quirino made a kick off. Hernani Quirino struck a weak shot in the 53rd minute. Hortêncio Duarte didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Aurora FC. Aurora FC's Dedé Dante played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Conrado Qwinton in the 56th minute of play. With a little luck, Pindorama's Hortêncio Duarte got control of the ball when Leonel Loureiro tried to sneak it across the goal line. When Conrado Qwinton fell near the penalty area in the 64th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Pindorama's protests and gave Conrado Qwinton a yellow card for diving instead. Conrado Qwinton kicked well hit freekick during the 65th minute of the match. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Raúl Vieira during the 66th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 84th minute, Nelsinho Meira got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Nelsinho Meira received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 96th minute. Dedé Dante tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Neither set of supporters seemed pleased with the draw, but both teams had played equally well today.
