Zacarias Sambrano hit a great freekick 5 minutes into the match. Elazar Cambas got a throw-in 13 minutes in the game and the ball was received by Olivar Regulez. Candelaria FC's attentive Aureliano Izotz managed to snatch the ball when Calle Lindström made a throw-in in the 14th minute of the game. If Olivar Regulez had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 16th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Elazar Cambas made in the 18th minute of the game a quick throw-in and Olivar Regulez immediately put the ball in play. After a defensive mix-up in Candelaria FC's zone, Olivar Regulez stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Marco Peli came out of the goal and Olivar Regulez tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Elazar Cambas received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 21st minute. Marco Peli tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. It was beautiful to see Balkes FC's Olivar Regulez in action when he in the 24th minute dribbled his way through a couple of opponents and the fired away a shot from almost standing still. First the ball seemed to get in, but turned out to be on the outside of the net. A great chance! 31 minutes in the game Elazar Cambas did a throw-in, and the ball was quickly in game thanks to Olivar Regulez. Calle Lindström got a throw-in 33 minutes in the game and the ball was received by Calle Lindström. Fernan Ibon recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 44th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Elazar Cambas made in the 46th minute of the game a fairly good throw-in which was taken care of by Elazar Cambas. The fans had the chance to grab some refreshments as the whistle went for half-time. The score stood at 0-0 after a close first half.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Ruperto Abeita stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Ildefonso Perma who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 53rdth minute tested the skills of Marco Peli when he managed to save the team from getting behind. In the 61st minute of the game Elazar Cambas made a throw-in which Olivar Regulez played forward. Geraldo Toledo's late challenge caught a Candelaria FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Geraldo Toledo helped the player get up and apologised. Geraldo Toledo kicked well hit freekick during the 62nd minute of the match. Calle Lindström got a throw-in 65 minutes in the game and the ball was received by Geraldo Toledo. Olivar Regulez took the ball and in the 68 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Marco Peli. Marco Peli dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-1. Calle Lindström made in the 73rd minute of the game a throw-in that took a bad bounce and was taken care of by Candelaria FC's Fernan Ibon. Nemesio Bemabe made in the 78th minute of the game a throw-in that took a bad bounce and was taken care of by Balkes FC's Calle Lindström. 80 minutes into the game, Nereo Barranco was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Balkes FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Candelaria FC the free kick. The supporters of Candelaria FC booed when Balkes FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 80 match minutes in a wonderful position. Nereo Barranco didn't get a good kick on the ball. Geraldo Toledo made in the 82nd minute of the game a sloppy throw-in which Ildefonso Perma however managed to control. With a little luck, Candelaria FC's Marco Peli got control of the ball when Ildefonso Perma tried to sneak it across the goal line. The throw-in from Nemesio Bemabe in the 90th minute of the game was unfortunally taken care of by Balkes FC's Calle Lindström. A throw-in in the 92nd minute of the game was made by Zacarias Sambrano with Elazar Cambas as target, who quickly passed the ball forward. Balkes FC's supporters were very happy and cheered loudly because their team had won after a very close match.
