After some careless play in the UNITED GWAREK defense, Rodney Watkinson kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Olaf Zacharzewski. The UNITED GWAREK fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Olaf Zacharzewski should have stopped the shot. Olaf Zacharzewski didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Rodney Watkinson went, in the 12th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-2 was the resulting score. Olaf Zacharzewski made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Charles Booth in the 15th minute of play. Olaf Zacharzewski stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Charles Booth's shot from short distance in the 16th minute. In the 19th minute Charles Booth shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Olaf Zacharzewski saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Wawrzyniec Rostow's late challenge caught a Clapham Rovers's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Wawrzyniec Rostow helped the player get up and apologised. A collision led to UNITED GWAREK getting a freekick after 37 minutes play. Wawrzyniec Rostow hit a great ball. In the 40th minute, UNITED GWAREK's Dariusz Rybak dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 1-2. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 1-2.

The wind increased when Dariusz Rybak made the kick off in the second half. Robert Welch made in the 51st minute of the game a throw-in that took a bad bounce and was taken care of by UNITED GWAREK's Edward Domaracki. Keiran Jenkins took the ball and in the 58 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Olaf Zacharzewski. Olaf Zacharzewski dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-3. Dariusz Rybak hit a great freekick 61 minutes into the match. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Dariusz Rybak during the 65th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. A collision led to UNITED GWAREK getting a freekick after 65 minutes play. Dariusz Rybak hit a great ball. Olaf Zacharzewski made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Rodney Watkinson in the 66th minute of play. In the 66th minute, Rodney Watkinson left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Clapham Rovers fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-4. Radoslaw Rostow sent away a hard shot on goal in the 70th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. UNITED GWAREK's Dariusz Rybak got a good chance for a goal in the 78th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 81st match minute, UNITED GWAREK was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Edward Domaracki to maneuver through the defense. After a defensive mix-up in UNITED GWAREK's zone, Charles Booth stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Olaf Zacharzewski came out of the goal and Charles Booth tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Robert Welch scored 1-5 in the 84th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Olaf Zacharzewski, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Thanks to some nice moves Robert Welch could shoot a difficult shot in the 88th minute, which Olaf Zacharzewski however easily saved by the left post. In the 90th minute, Charles Booth hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Nilmar Brasil showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Radoslaw Rostow in the 91st minute of the match. Olaf Zacharzewski made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Rodney Watkinson in the 96th minute of play. The UNITED GWAREK fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. Clapham Rovers were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
