Rodney Watkinson received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Hortêncio Duarte came out and tried to block the shot, but Rodney Watkinson slotted it home off the left post making it 1-0 in the 21st minute. Charles Booth kicked well hit freekick during the 24th minute of the match. In the 31st minute, Rodney Watkinson reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Hortêncio Duarte. The goal made the score 2-0. Charles Booth could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 34th minute of the match, but Hortêncio Duarte made a huge save. Hortêncio Duarte was a little too slow when Charles Booth got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 34th minute. The score was now 3-0. 36 minutes into the game, Pindorama's Mané Bezerra nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Nilmar Brasil made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 3-1. In the 39th minute, Conrado Qwinton hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Conrado Qwinton charged in rather forcefully in the 43rd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Conrado Qwinton the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 44th minute of the match Damien Quinn sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Hortêncio Duarte skillfully saved the ball. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 3-1 at half-time.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Charles Booth to strike the kick off in the second half. Mané Bezerra blasted a shot towards the goal in the 51st minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Nilmar Brasil having to make a save. An unexpectedly hard shot by Conrado Qwinton in the 69th minute of play forced AC Milan's goalkeeper Nilmar Brasil to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 71 minutes into the match, Pindorama's goal looked a bit too open when Rodney Watkinson came free, but Hortêncio Duarte reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 72nd minute Charles Booth shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Hortêncio Duarte saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Hortêncio Duarte made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Rodney Watkinson in the 76th minute of play. Hortêncio Duarte stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Rodney Watkinson's shot from short distance in the 77th minute. In the 79th match minute, AC Milan was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Rodney Watkinson to maneuver through the defense. 82 minutes into the game, AC Milan's Charles Booth nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Hortêncio Duarte made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 4-1. Conrado Qwinton got his second yellow card in the match during the 86th minute which meant that he had to leave the ground. Robert Welch's late challenge caught a Pindorama's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Robert Welch helped the player get up and apologised. After a rather tough play, AC Milan's Robert Welch got a free kick in the 88th minute. The supporters of AC Milan booed when Pindorama was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 90 match minutes in a wonderful position. Michel de Brito didn't get a good kick on the ball. Hortêncio Duarte took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Charles Booth, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. AC Milan's supporters were highly satisfied with the result. They cheered their team of the pitch, having watched them win a very even match.
