Spectators: 7499 (Terracing: 5625, Seating: 1725, VIP seats: 149) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Yaqub Aydinov kicked off to start the match. Yavär Tahirov charged in rather forcefully in the 3rd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Yavär Tahirov the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After a rather tough play, Şamaxı Bankirlər's Yavär Tahirov got a free kick in the 3rd minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Hamit Aynacıoğlu in the 4th minute of play forced Şamaxı Bankirlər's goalkeeper Péter Čech to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 4 minutes of play, FC MANLE's Hamit Aynacıoğlu made it 0-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Péter Čech was left in no man's land by his defense there! FC MANLE's Şadi Turhan played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Yaqub Aydinov in the 12th minute of play. The supporters of FC MANLE booed when Şamaxı Bankirlər was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 15 match minutes in a wonderful position. Yavär Tahirov didn't get a good kick on the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Halil Utku Suerkan in the 17th minute of play forced Şamaxı Bankirlər's goalkeeper Péter Čech to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 34th match minute, FC MANLE was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Selami Denizer to maneuver through the defense. After a defensive mix-up in FC MANLE's zone, Loğman Hacibabayev stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Şadi Turhan came out of the goal and Loğman Hacibabayev tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. When Bahattin Kurhan came up free with the goalie in the 41st minute, the FC MANLE fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Bahattin Kurhan couldn't finish the play. Vasif Abdulazamov hit a great freekick 44 minutes into the match. After a defensive mix-up in Şamaxı Bankirlər's zone, Affan Uruç stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Péter Čech came out of the goal and Affan Uruç tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Hamit Aynacıoğlu was the one to do the kick off. Péter Čech made a fantastic save in the 55th minute, when Halil Utku Suerkan sent off a good shot on target. After 59 played minutes Şamaxı Bankirlər got a freekick which was hit by Älibala Abayev. Péter Čech made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Hamit Aynacıoğlu in the 61st minute of play. The supporters of FC MANLE booed when Şamaxı Bankirlər was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 62 match minutes in a wonderful position. Çärkäz Dünyamaliyev didn't get a good kick on the ball. Yaqub Aydinov received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 64th minute. Şadi Turhan tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Péter Čech took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Hamit Aynacıoğlu, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Affan Uruç made a great header on FC MANLE's corner, it was just that Şamaxı Bankirlər's Péter Čech managed to reach the ball for a save. When Hamit Aynacıoğlu fell near the penalty area in the 76th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored FC MANLE's protests and gave Hamit Aynacıoğlu a yellow card for diving instead. After a rather tough play, FC MANLE's Hüsnü Garipbaş got a free kick in the 78th minute. After 81 played minutes FC MANLE got a freekick which was hit by Sarp Cangun. FC MANLE's Şadi Turhan played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Yaqub Aydinov in the 82nd minute of play. After 86 minutes, Mirsaad Denisov mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Şamaxı Bankirlər and the FC MANLE players grew even worse after the yellow card. A collision led to Şamaxı Bankirlər getting a freekick after 86 minutes play. Mirsaad Denisov hit a great ball. In the 88th minute, FC MANLE's Hamit Aynacıoğlu ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Péter Čech. Péter Čech yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 1-2. After some fancy dribbling in the 92nd minute, Hamit Aynacıoğlu managed to get in a good position for a shot. FC MANLE's supporters rose to their feet, but Hamit Aynacıoğlu was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Péter Čech breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. 96 minutes into the match, Yaqub Aydinov had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Şadi Turhan. FC MANLE's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Yaqub Aydinov was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 2-2. The FC MANLE players were the happier at the end of the match as they had prevented Şamaxı Bankirlər from taking control. The game ends in a draw.
