The supporters of Tiburones Rojos booed when Villa Mitre was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 52 match minutes in a wonderful position. Epifanio Kelemen didn't get a good kick on the ball. Teofilo Venceslao could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 55th minute of the match, but Roman Montez made a huge save. Esteve Dimas who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 58thth minute tested the skills of Roman Montez when he managed to save the team from getting behind. An unexpectedly hard shot by Sixto Tristan in the 59th minute of play forced Villa Mitre's goalkeeper Roman Montez to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 60 minutes into the match, Villa Mitre's goal looked a bit too open when Sixto Tristan came free, but Roman Montez reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Villa Mitre's Astor Shepherd got a good chance for a goal in the 66th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. When Esteve Dimas fell near the penalty area in the 68th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Tiburones Rojos's protests and gave Esteve Dimas a yellow card for diving instead. Esteve Dimas kicked well hit freekick during the 68th minute of the match. In the 70th minute, Sixto Tristan hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The corner ended in Epifanio Kelemen almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but Tiburones Rojos's Venancio Osorio did a great save. The crowd rose to their feet as Sixto Tristan kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Roman Montez. That made the score 0-5 in the 86 minute of play. The supporters of Tiburones Rojos booed when Villa Mitre was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 90 match minutes in a wonderful position. Hipolito Corderro didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 94th minute Sixto Tristan shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Roman Montez saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After some careless play in the Villa Mitre defense, Sixto Tristan kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Roman Montez. The Villa Mitre fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Roman Montez should have stopped the shot. When the match was over Tiburones Rojos could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than Villa Mitre throughout the match.
