Nuno Moreno received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 26th minute. Marcu Loghin tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Breno Brodel took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Costică Vărzaru, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 30th minute, Didi Andrade hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. When the match had gone on for 63 minutes, Mugur Gorcea took a quick shot and it went in 0-6 without a chance for Breno Brodel to make any attempt to save it. The audience was convinced that Mugur Gorcea's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Breno Brodel was relentless in the 70th minute of the game. 72 minutes into the game, Denis Nenciu was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. The audience thought a goal was coming when Mugur Gorcea got free with Breno Brodel in the 88th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. SANTOS FC- FDFDF's defense didn't have a chance, in the 95th minute, when Mugur Gorcea scored to the left of an out of position Breno Brodel, making the score, 0-7. The Delphine Stars supporters could be heard counting down the last seconds of the match. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing Delphine Stars would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
