In the 20th minute, Goliath Cadotsch left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The THE ROKERY PIMKIS fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-2. 27 minutes into the game, Goliath Cadotsch cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-3. Antônio Carlos Leme was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Antônio Carlos Leme showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Dino Straumann, who was totally free with the ball in the 35th minute. Antônio Carlos Leme was left in no man's land by his defense there! Disappointed in the 0-5 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Patricio Schermann to make the kick off.
