Seating: 1340, VIP seats: 150) After 4th play minutes Alfonso Iori shot 0-1, a short shot which went by Natã Madureira and just under the crossbar into goal. Anthony Volpe showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ronaldo Nazário De Lima, who was totally free with the ball in the 8th minute. Ronaldo Nazário De Lima charged in rather forcefully in the 10th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Ronaldo Nazário De Lima the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After having played for 11 minutes, Flavio Scalia managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Squadra de Pippe's supporters crossed their fingers, but Flavio Scalia was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Squadra de Pippe's Cesare Di Loreto got a good chance for a goal in the 16th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. The audience thought a goal was coming when Gonçalo Sarmento got free with Anthony Volpe in the 23rd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Squadra de Pippe's Alfonso Iori got a good chance for a goal in the 25th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Natã Madureira made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Cesare Di Loreto in the 26th minute of play. If Cesare Di Loreto had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 30th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Cesare Di Loreto received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 31st minute. Natã Madureira tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Flavio Scalia fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 33rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Natã Madureira having to interfere. Natã Madureira came out of the goal in the 39th minute to try and stop a shot by Squadra de Pippe's Cesare Di Loreto. But to his dismay, Cesare Di Loreto quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-2. Cesare Di Loreto received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 43rd minute. Natã Madureira tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Real Cruzeiro FC's Natã Madureira played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Cesare Di Loreto in the 48th minute of play. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-2 lead.
The wind increased when Ronaldo Nazário De Lima made the kick off in the second half. Flavio Scalia could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 56th minute of the match, but Natã Madureira made a huge save. Luís Guilherme Cabral hit a great freekick 57 minutes into the match. Cesare Di Loreto sent away a hard shot on goal in the 58th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Laerte dos Santos hit a great freekick 63 minutes into the match. Natã Madureira came out of the goal in the 69th minute to try and stop a shot by Squadra de Pippe's Alfonso Iori. But to his dismay, Alfonso Iori quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-3. Real Cruzeiro FC's Natã Madureira played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Cesare Di Loreto in the 72nd minute of play. 72 minutes into the game, Squadra de Pippe's Cesare Di Loreto nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Natã Madureira made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-4. Federico Nobile received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 87th minute. Natã Madureira tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Flavio Scalia might have been able to make a better finish in the 93rd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Natã Madureira. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Flavio Scalia ran back to his position shaking his head. Natã Madureira made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Andrea Cianci in the 94th minute of play. Squadra de Pippe's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
