In the 30th minute Louis Makris shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but 宋桑城 saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Louis Makris in the 32nd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck 宋桑城 prevented the ball from getting in the gole. The supporters of RO Army V55 booed when 上海浦东戈士队 was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 35 match minutes in a wonderful position. 邓乐翔 didn't get a good kick on the ball. 武岚泉 sent away a hard shot on goal in the 39th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-2.

After a rather tough play, 上海浦东戈士队's 雷卫朋 got a free kick in the 53rd minute. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 宋桑城 showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Louis Makris, who was totally free with the ball in the 94th minute. The 上海浦东戈士队 fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. RO Army V55 were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
