Spectators: 7564 (Terracing: 5674, Seating: 1739, VIP seats: 151) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Evert Roelofs got the match started through his kick off. Jean-Paul Schuiling's late challenge caught a Osdorp FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Jean-Paul Schuiling helped the player get up and apologised. In the 3rd minute, Jean-Paul Schuiling hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Frits van Loo came out of the goal in the 7th minute to try and stop a shot by Osdorp FC's Coos van Halst. But to his dismay, Coos van Halst quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-0. After some careless play in the SV Wissenkerke defense, Evert Roelofs kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Frits van Loo. The SV Wissenkerke fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Frits van Loo should have stopped the shot. Gerjan Staarman might have been able to make a better finish in the 17th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Taco Roorda. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Gerjan Staarman ran back to his position shaking his head. An unexpectedly hard shot by Jean-Paul Schuiling in the 20th minute of play forced Osdorp FC's goalkeeper Taco Roorda to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After some careless play in the Osdorp FC defense, Jean-Paul Schuiling kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Taco Roorda. The Osdorp FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Taco Roorda should have stopped the shot. 28 minutes into the match, Evert Roelofs dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Frits van Loo, 3-1. Wilfred Spaan took the ball and in the 30 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Frits van Loo. Frits van Loo dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 4-1. Taco Roorda showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Jean-Paul Schuiling, who was totally free with the ball in the 35th minute. Frits van Loo didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Wilfred Spaan went, in the 37th minute, to the upper right corner, 5-1 was the resulting score. The supporters of SV Wissenkerke booed when Osdorp FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 39 match minutes in a wonderful position. Rogier Kleinman didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 43rd minute, Osdorp FC's Carlo Windmuller seemed to kick out at an opponent. The referee saw this and, surprisingly, showed Carlo Windmuller the red card, dismissing him from the pitch. The coaching staff of Osdorp FC protested bitterly, but the referee would have none of it, and Carlo Windmuller had no choice but to slowly walk off the pitch. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 5-2.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Jean-Paul Schuiling to make the kick off. After a defensive mix-up in Osdorp FC's zone, Jean-Paul Schuiling stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Taco Roorda came out of the goal and Jean-Paul Schuiling tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Taco Roorda made an important save on a dangerous shot by Gertjan Baars in the 58th minute. Gertjan Baars could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 62nd minute of the match, but Taco Roorda made a huge save. 63 minutes into the match, Coos van Halst had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Frits van Loo. SV Wissenkerke's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Coos van Halst was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 6-2. 66 minutes into the game, Mariano Bombarda was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. SV Wissenkerke's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Osdorp FC the free kick. Mariano Bombarda hit a great freekick 66 minutes into the match. Taco Roorda showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Mariano Bombarda, who was totally free with the ball in the 68th minute. In the 69th minute, one of Osdorp FC:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Osdorp FC. Osdorp FC:s Taco Roorda showed great skill when he stopped Mariano Bombarda:s penalty. Taco Roorda showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Jean-Paul Schuiling, who was totally free with the ball in the 80th minute. In the 91st minute of the match, Gertjan Baars tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Taco Roorda saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. Mariano Bombarda blasted a shot towards the goal in the 93rd minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Taco Roorda having to make a save. Taco Roorda made an important save on a dangerous shot by Gertjan Baars in the 98th minute. Osdorp FC's supporters were delighted with their team's performance and swarmed onto the pitch at the end of the match to celebrate the victory with the players.
