Placido Bastia had several of the Treze Futebol Clube CIMZ's defenders around him in the penalty area when he, after 24 minutes of play, received a pass and succeeded in some way to shoot a shot which went straight ahead into goal. This resulted in a 1-1 score and a disappointed Enéas Torres as he didn't even see the shot coming. Viento Norte FC were furious when Albino Brais was red carded, 30 minutes into the game, but the referee dismissed their protests. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 29th minute of the game. One of Viento Norte FC:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of Treze Futebol Clube CIMZ:s goal. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Ulysses Gerber during the 34th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Ulysses Gerber kicked well hit freekick during the 34th minute of the match. 35 minutes into the match, Treze Futebol Clube CIMZ's goalkeeper Enéas Torres had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Mauro Ignado. Anastasio Lopez recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 40th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 42nd minute, Gregorio Claris fired away a killer shot towards the goal that, to the delight of Enéas Torres, passed just outside the right post. After a rather tough play, Viento Norte FC's Placido Bastia got a free kick in the 44th minute. In the 45th minute of the match Claudinho Chaves sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Enzo Odon skillfully saved the ball. After having played for 46 minutes, Dalmacio Pagomari managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Viento Norte FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Dalmacio Pagomari was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. The Viento Norte FC players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Treze Futebol Clube CIMZ were winning 1-2.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Diogo Falcão made a kick off. Viento Norte FC's Enzo Odon played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Diogo Falcão in the 51st minute of play. Anastasio Lopez fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 54th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Enéas Torres having to interfere. The supporters of Viento Norte FC booed when Treze Futebol Clube CIMZ was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 62 match minutes in a wonderful position. Valdo Paraíba didn't get a good kick on the ball. 74 minutes into the game, Diogo Falcão cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-3. Enzo Odon was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. If Anastasio Lopez had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 77th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When Anastasio Lopez came up free with the goalie in the 84th minute, the Viento Norte FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Anastasio Lopez couldn't finish the play. After a defensive mix-up in Treze Futebol Clube CIMZ's zone, Gregorio Claris stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Enéas Torres came out of the goal and Gregorio Claris tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 91st match minute, Viento Norte FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Adrian Gonzo to maneuver through the defense. In the 95th match minute, Viento Norte FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Salvador Chorache to maneuver through the defense. When the final whistle was heard the away supporters stood up and showed their joy. Treze Futebol Clube CIMZ had managed to secure a win in what was a close match throughout.
