The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. After having played for 14 minutes, Dale Mcquoid managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. SnapperHeads F.C.'s supporters crossed their fingers, but Dale Mcquoid was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Arneil Ambrose showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Jean-Yves Paturel in the 15th minute of the match. Kenneth Erwin was astounded when the referee showed him the red card after a seemingly innocent challenge, 16 minutes into the match. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 16th minute of the game. One of SnapperHeads F.C.:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of Les diables noirs:s goal. Kevan Grange took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Tom Lander, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Kevan Grange made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Tom Lander in the 22nd minute of play. After 26 minutes of play, Les diables noirs's Gustave Pierrel made it 1-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Arneil Ambrose was left in no man's land by his defense there! An unexpectedly hard shot by Tom Lander in the 29th minute of play forced Les diables noirs's goalkeeper Kevan Grange to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Al Bundy received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 31st minute. Kevan Grange tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After 33 minutes of play, SnapperHeads F.C.'s Tom Lander made it 1-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Kevan Grange was left in no man's land by his defense there! With a couple of smart ball manuevers Al Bundy in the 39th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Kevan Grange saved Les diables noirs from getting behind. Tom Lander struck a weak shot in the 44th minute. Kevan Grange didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for SnapperHeads F.C.. In the 45th minute Al Bundy shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Kevan Grange saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The fans had the chance to grab some refreshments as the whistle went for half-time. The score stood at 1-1 after a close first half.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Wilfried Lépinay to make the kick off. Arneil Ambrose made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Jean-Yves Paturel in the 51st minute of play. In the game's 60th minute Les diables noirs's Wilfried Lépinay took a hard shot from long distance, a kick which went into the net just to the right of Arneil Ambrose and thus the score was 2-1. SnapperHeads F.C.'s Arneil Ambrose played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Wilfried Lépinay in the 62nd minute of play. After 73rd play minutes Tom Lander shot 2-2, a short shot which went by Kevan Grange and just under the crossbar into goal. 78 minutes into the match, SnapperHeads F.C.'s goal looked a bit too open when Wilfried Lépinay came free, but Arneil Ambrose reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Stéphane Cueille during the 79th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After 79 played minutes Les diables noirs got a freekick which was hit by Stéphane Cueille. If Tom Lander had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 81st minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. 85 minutes into the game, Tom Lander was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. SnapperHeads F.C.'s manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Les diables noirs the free kick. After 85 played minutes SnapperHeads F.C. got a freekick which was hit by Tom Lander. In the 86th minute, Al Bundy got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Al Bundy kicked well hit freekick during the 88th minute of the match. After 92 minutes of play, Les diables noirs's Wilfried Lépinay made it 3-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Arneil Ambrose was left in no man's land by his defense there! SnapperHeads F.C.'s attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Dale Mcquoid in the 97th minute. A nice corner shot did that Dale Mcquoid got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Kevan Grange quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. The Les diables noirs support was delighted with a win in a match that could easily have ended differently.
