Virgílio Miranda came out of the goal in the 20th minute to try and stop a shot by Panopticon 04's George Gustafsson. But to his dismay, George Gustafsson quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-2. After 23 minutes of play, Panopticon 04's Sten Harlén made it 0-3 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Virgílio Miranda was left in no man's land by his defense there! In the 34th minute George Gustafsson shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Virgílio Miranda saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Virgílio Miranda made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Emanuele Biavati in the 37th minute of play. In the 39th minute, George Gustafsson made a precise shot to the right of Virgílio Miranda. Compostela FSCMZ's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-5. Alvin Kilström took the ball and in the 44 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Virgílio Miranda. Virgílio Miranda dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-6. 49 minutes into the match, Panopticon 04's goalkeeper Fabien Lafont had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Aílton Baptista. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-6 lead.

Compostela FSCMZ's Cristian Urbano was substituted for Aílton Baptista. The wind increased when Oswaldo Cabral made the kick off in the second half. After some fancy dribbling in the 54th minute, Emanuele Biavati managed to get in a good position for a shot. Panopticon 04's supporters rose to their feet, but Emanuele Biavati was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Virgílio Miranda breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 56th minute, George Gustafsson fired away a killer shot towards the goal that, to the delight of Virgílio Miranda, passed just outside the right post. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Fabien Lafont showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. Virgílio Miranda came out of the goal in the 71st minute to try and stop a shot by Panopticon 04's George Gustafsson. But to his dismay, George Gustafsson quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-8. Emanuele Biavati who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 76thth minute tested the skills of Virgílio Miranda when he managed to save the team from getting behind. Virgílio Miranda showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from George Gustafsson, who was totally free with the ball in the 77th minute. If Alvin Kilström had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 83rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 88th minute George Gustafsson shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Virgílio Miranda saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line.
