Celsinho Vander was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 5-0 at half-time.

After 53 minutes of play, Club Atlétic Incles's Frank Lampard made it 6-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Celsinho Vander was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Adriano Carneiro was astounded when the referee showed him the red card after a seemingly innocent challenge, 65 minutes into the match. In the 66th match minute, AFC - Curitiba was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Adriano Carneiro to maneuver through the defense. Celsinho Vander made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Lenny Blakeley in the 67th minute of play. In the 69th minute Lucas Johnstone shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Celsinho Vander saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Club Atlétic Incles walked away with a well-earned victory that was much celebrated by the crowd.
