Tostão de Andrade took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ramon Caniggia, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 13 minutes into the match, Ramon Caniggia had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Tostão de Andrade. S.E. Pindorama Eagles's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Ramon Caniggia was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-2. João Augusto Sousa recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 16th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Hélio Vianna struck a weak shot in the 17th minute. Ritchie Stocks didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for S.E. Pindorama Eagles. In the 22ndth minute of the game Ramon Caniggia who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but S.E. Pindorama Eagles's Tostão de Andrade was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. In the 23rd minute Hélio Vianna shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ritchie Stocks saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Anselmo Castro hit a great freekick 24 minutes into the match. In the 26th match minute, De Keikoppers was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Basiel Berrewouts to maneuver through the defense. Anselmo Castro charged in rather forcefully in the 28th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Anselmo Castro the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 28th match minute, S.E. Pindorama Eagles was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Anselmo Castro to maneuver through the defense. Erwin Naets scored 0-3 in the 29th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Tostão de Andrade, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Tostão de Andrade showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ramon Caniggia, who was totally free with the ball in the 32nd minute. After a defensive mix-up in De Keikoppers's zone, Hélio Vianna stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Ritchie Stocks came out of the goal and Hélio Vianna tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. When De Keikoppers's Kobe Vanneste in the 38th minute got a chance for a shot 38th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye S.E. Pindorama Eagles's goalie prevented a goal. When the match had gone on for 40 minutes, Kobe Vanneste put it in 0-4 from a short distance just to the right of Tostão de Andrade. Kobe Vanneste received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 46th minute. Tostão de Andrade tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-4 lead.
The wind increased when Hélio Vianna made the kick off in the second half. Tostão de Andrade made a fantastic save in the 56th minute, when Ramon Caniggia sent off a good shot on target. Tostão de Andrade showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Kobe Vanneste in the 60th minute of the match. Kobe Vanneste recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 61st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Ritchie Stocks made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Hélio Vianna in the 64th minute of play. The audience thought a goal was coming when Erwin Naets got free with Tostão de Andrade in the 67th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. After 71 played minutes De Keikoppers got a freekick which was hit by Paul-Louis Van de Plas. 73 minutes in the game Paul-Louis Van de Plas did a throw-in, and the ball was quickly in game thanks to Isidoor De Worteleer. In the 75th minute, Kobe Vanneste hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Hélio Vianna struck a weak shot in the 76th minute. Ritchie Stocks didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for S.E. Pindorama Eagles. After a rather tough play, S.E. Pindorama Eagles's José Carlos Freire got a free kick in the 80th minute. De Keikoppers's Erwin Naets got a good chance for a goal in the 80th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 82nd minute, João Augusto Sousa hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. S.E. Pindorama Eagles's defense didn't have a chance, in the 83rd minute, when Kobe Vanneste scored to the left of an out of position Tostão de Andrade, making the score, 0-5. Luiz Fabiano Donato hit a great freekick 87 minutes into the match. Kobe Vanneste blasted a shot towards the goal in the 88th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Tostão de Andrade having to make a save. Tostão de Andrade didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Ramon Caniggia went, in the 90th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-6 was the resulting score. The audience was convinced that Ramon Caniggia's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Tostão de Andrade was relentless in the 93rd minute of the game. When the final whistle was heard the away supporters stood up and showed their joy. De Keikoppers had managed to secure a win in what was a close match throughout.
