Jan Andrzejewski made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Júlio Varela in the 2nd minute of play. In the 8th minute Barnaba Bazylnikov shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Yan Pirani saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Cesinha Marquez in the 11th minute of play forced Zgierskie Zlewy's goalkeeper Jan Andrzejewski to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 12th minute, Marcus Castro ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Jan Andrzejewski was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-2. When Clemente Simões fell near the penalty area in the 14th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored RÖK's protests and gave Clemente Simões a yellow card for diving instead. Clemente Simões kicked well hit freekick during the 15th minute of the match. Barnaba Bazylnikov sent away a hard shot on goal in the 19th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 20 minutes into the match, RÖK's goal looked a bit too open when Barnaba Bazylnikov came free, but Yan Pirani reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 23rd minute Zbyszek Cisek shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Yan Pirani saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The audience was convinced that Cesinha Marquez's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Jan Andrzejewski was relentless in the 25th minute of the game. In the 29th minute Júlio Varela shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jan Andrzejewski saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The supporters of RÖK booed when Zgierskie Zlewy was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 31 match minutes in a wonderful position. Jedrzej Kempski didn't get a good kick on the ball. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Jan Andrzejewski prevented the ball from getting in the gole. After 41 minutes, Júlio Varela made it 0-4 with a short kick to the right side. Zgierskie Zlewy's Jan Andrzejewski tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. 45 minutes into the match, Zgierskie Zlewy's goal looked a bit too open when Júlio Varela came free, but Jan Andrzejewski reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Jan Andrzejewski didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Hamílton Proença went, in the 46th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-5 was the resulting score. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-5 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.
The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Júlio Varela stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Júlio Varela could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 51st minute of the match, but Jan Andrzejewski made a huge save. Jan Andrzejewski made an important save on a dangerous shot by Júlio Varela in the 53rd minute. Through an outstanding action, after 56 minutes, Jan Andrzejewski successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. After some careless play in the Zgierskie Zlewy defense, Cesinha Marquez kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Jan Andrzejewski. The Zgierskie Zlewy fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Jan Andrzejewski should have stopped the shot. 67 minutes into the match, Marcus Castro dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Jan Andrzejewski, 0-7. The audience thought a goal was coming when Marcus Castro got free with Jan Andrzejewski in the 74th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. 75 minutes into the match, Júlio Varela notched a goal, 0-8, to the right of Zgierskie Zlewy's Jan Andrzejewski. Jan Andrzejewski was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Jan Andrzejewski didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Cesinha Marquez went, in the 80th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-9 was the resulting score. The supporters of Zgierskie Zlewy booed when RÖK was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 84 match minutes in a wonderful position. Marcus Castro didn't get a good kick on the ball. Cesinha Marquez received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Jan Andrzejewski came out and tried to block the shot, but Cesinha Marquez slotted it home off the left post making it 0-10 in the 86th minute. With a little luck, Zgierskie Zlewy's Jan Andrzejewski got control of the ball when Marcus Castro tried to sneak it across the goal line. A collision led to Zgierskie Zlewy getting a freekick after 91 minutes play. Jedrzej Kempski hit a great ball. Zgierskie Zlewy's Jan Andrzejewski played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Marcus Castro in the 96th minute of play. RÖK played a much better game than Zgierskie Zlewy and deserved their victory. The Zgierskie Zlewy players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
