The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Cesate. Cesate:s Bruno Carciofo showed great skill when he stopped Manuel Anjos:s penalty. 24 minutes into the match, Manuel Anjos notched a goal, 2-1, to the right of Cesate's Bruno Carciofo. Bruno Carciofo was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Bruno Carciofo made a fantastic save in the 28th minute, when David Júdice sent off a good shot on target. Januário Castelo Branco's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 34thth minute, Bruno Carciofo skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Burak Rede to make the kick off. Demetrio Borrelli might have been able to make a better finish in the 51st minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Plácido Madureira. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Demetrio Borrelli ran back to his position shaking his head. After a rather tough play, Miradeses FC's António Figueiredo got a free kick in the 52nd minute. Miradeses FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Januário Castelo Branco was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. After a rather tough play, Cesate's Adriano Di Marco got a free kick in the 71st minute. Bruno Carciofo made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Burak Rede in the 73rd minute of play. 76 minutes into the match, Cesate's goal looked a bit too open when Manuel Anjos came free, but Bruno Carciofo reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. If Demetrio Borrelli had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 79th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Miradeses FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Manuel Anjos was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Bruno Carciofo breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Bruno Carciofo made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Manuel Anjos in the 96th minute of play.
