Paralia Athens's Virgil Olariu played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Genaro Nataniel in the 35th minute of play. 38 minutes into the match, Tigre's goal looked a bit too open when Unai Herrera came free, but Rogelio Gaur reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 41 minutes into the game, Paralia Athens's Leonard Chirculescu nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Rogelio Gaur made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-4. Rogelio Gaur made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Leonard Chirculescu in the 66th minute of play. In the 67th minute, Unai Herrera reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Rogelio Gaur. The goal made the score 0-8. Leonard Chirculescus short, quick shot in the 72ndth minute got Rogelio Gaur to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. With a little luck, Tigre's Rogelio Gaur got control of the ball when Leonard Chirculescu tried to sneak it across the goal line. The supporters of Tigre booed when Paralia Athens was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 76 match minutes in a wonderful position. Luca Tomozei didn't get a good kick on the ball.
