The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Maximilian Strömbom took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Washington dos Santos, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After 4 played minutes Roceira SC got a freekick which was hit by Richard Hoffmann. After some fancy dribbling in the 7th minute, Remo Gonçalves managed to get in a good position for a shot. Roceira SC's supporters rose to their feet, but Remo Gonçalves was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Maximilian Strömbom breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Maximilian Strömbom showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Mário Nascimento in the 13th minute of the match. After a rather tough play, Yung Gunners FK's CJ Traoré got a free kick in the 13th minute. Lu Kang Yi kicked well hit freekick during the 14th minute of the match. In the 21stth minute of the game Lu Kang Yi who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Roceira SC's Carlos Eduardo Chaves was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Richard Hoffmann hit a great freekick 22 minutes into the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Gýmir Gryc in the 23rd minute of play forced Roceira SC's goalkeeper Carlos Eduardo Chaves to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Carlos Eduardo Chaves took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Lu Kang Yi, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After 25 played minutes Roceira SC got a freekick which was hit by Remo Gonçalves. If Richard Hoffmann had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 29th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After a rather tough play, Roceira SC's Hudson Falcão got a free kick in the 39th minute. After 40 played minutes, Yung Gunners FK's Arman Kristiansson shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Carlos Eduardo Chaves came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Yung Gunners FK reached it. CJ Traoré kicked well hit freekick during the 43rd minute of the match. The score stood at 0-0 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Lu Kang Yi stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Mário Nascimento sent away a hard shot on goal in the 51st minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. In the 60th minute, Gýmir Gryc ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Carlos Eduardo Chaves was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-0. Yung Gunners FK's Maximilian Strömbom played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Mário Nascimento in the 63rd minute of play. The supporters of Yung Gunners FK booed when Roceira SC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 63 match minutes in a wonderful position. Richard Hoffmann didn't get a good kick on the ball. When Gýmir Gryc fell near the penalty area in the 65th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Yung Gunners FK's protests and gave Gýmir Gryc a yellow card for diving instead. After 67 minutes of play, Roceira SC's Mário Nascimento made it 1-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Maximilian Strömbom was left in no man's land by his defense there! Roceira SC's Richard Hoffmann got a good chance for a goal in the 70th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Maximilian Strömbom made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Remo Gonçalves in the 81st minute of play. In the 83rd minute Remo Gonçalves shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Maximilian Strömbom saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The attack was good, but when Lu Kang Yi in the 90th minute was about to shoot he didn't kick quite good enough and the ball went high over goal. Yung Gunners FK's Lu Kang Yi got a good chance for a goal in the 93rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar.
