With a couple of smart ball manuevers Márcio Garcia in the 17th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Fulgencio Ekaitz saved KoLiber from getting behind. Zbigniew Penc's late challenge caught a Shark FC - FSCMZ's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Zbigniew Penc helped the player get up and apologised. Zbigniew Penc hit a great freekick 17 minutes into the match. Márcio Garcia sent away a hard shot on goal in the 19th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. KoLiber's Fulgencio Ekaitz proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 26th minute of the match, managed to save KoLiber from getting a goal against them. The audience thought a goal was coming when Pedro Sharkin got free with Fulgencio Ekaitz in the 46th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Fulgencio Ekaitz was out of position in the 47 minute of play, and Dedé Pimenta capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Dedé Pimenta really showed his touch with that goal: 1-1. The score stood at 1-1 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.
After 53 played minutes Shark FC - FSCMZ got a freekick which was hit by Tomé Catarinense. Lukasz Dudzik received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Nilmar de Amorim came out and tried to block the shot, but Lukasz Dudzik slotted it home off the left post making it 1-2 in the 54th minute. Dedé Pimenta received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 57th minute. Fulgencio Ekaitz tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The supporters of KoLiber booed when Shark FC - FSCMZ was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 58 match minutes in a wonderful position. Waldemar Vergílio didn't get a good kick on the ball. Fulgencio Ekaitz showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Márcio Garcia in the 60th minute of the match. 64 minutes into the match, Shark FC - FSCMZ's goal looked a bit too open when Radomil Andryszyn came free, but Nilmar de Amorim reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After a rather tough play, KoLiber's Ludomil Kapera got a free kick in the 65th minute. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The Shark FC - FSCMZ fans cheered their team off the field, for while KoLiber had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
