Spectators: 7624 (Terracing: 5719, Seating: 1753, VIP seats: 152) The mood of the audience was pleasant when Hector Ferrer made the kick off which started today's match. In the 3rd minute the ball was on its way in behind Atletico Saladillo FC's goalkeeper Isidoro Regis, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Atletico Saladillo FC's Isidoro Regis played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Sergio Locaio in the 5th minute of play. Cristian Alonso could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 6th minute of the match, but Lucio Hernandez made a huge save. 7 minutes into the game, Hector Ferrer was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Atletico Saladillo FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Nina fc the free kick. After 7 played minutes Atletico Saladillo FC got a freekick which was hit by Hector Ferrer. Isidoro Regis stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Sergio Locaio's shot from short distance in the 9th minute. In the 11th minute, Arsenio Platon hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Atletico Saladillo FC's Cristian Alonso got a good chance for a goal in the 14th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Cristian Alonso recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 16th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Lucio Hernandez didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Hector Ferrer went, in the 17th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-0 was the resulting score. A collision led to Atletico Saladillo FC getting a freekick after 20 minutes play. Nicasio Gipuzkoa hit a great ball. A collision led to Nina fc getting a freekick after 26 minutes play. Primitivo Lapurdi hit a great ball. 28 minutes into the match, Nina fc's goal looked a bit too open when Hector Ferrer came free, but Lucio Hernandez reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 30 played minutes Atletico Saladillo FC got a freekick which was hit by Benedicto Maidana. Sergio Locaio blasted a shot towards the goal in the 31st minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Isidoro Regis having to make a save. When Melquiades Jusepe came up free with the goalie in the 37th minute, the Nina fc fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Melquiades Jusepe couldn't finish the play. Isidoro Regis made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ciriaco Frederik in the 41st minute of play. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 1-0 at half-time.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Sergio Locaio to strike the kick off in the second half. Ciriaco Frederik struck a weak shot in the 51st minute. Isidoro Regis didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Nina fc. Cristian Alonso recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 54th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After 64 played minutes Nina fc got a freekick which was hit by Arsenio Platon. After 69 played minutes Atletico Saladillo FC got a freekick which was hit by Alejandro Endura. In a very dangerous position, a player in Nina fc fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 71st minute. Penalty! Isidoro Regis made an important save on a dangerous shot by Sergio Locaio in the 78th minute. Lucio Hernandez made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Hector Ferrer in the 80th minute of play. Sergio Locaio sent away a hard shot on goal in the 85th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Isidoro Regis showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Sergio Locaio, who was totally free with the ball in the 93rd minute. Atletico Saladillo FC's Isidoro Regis played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ciriaco Frederik in the 94th minute of play. 95 minutes into the match, Atletico Saladillo FC's Cristian Alonso sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Lucio Hernandez narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Isidoro Regis took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ciriaco Frederik, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Many of Nina fc's supporters were seen to leave the ground early as it became clear their team was going to lose. Nina fc may have spent more time on the ball, but Atletico Saladillo FC were more willing to take their chances and they walked away with the win.
