After 7 played minutes Surahammar got a freekick which was hit by Stig-Ove Kjellbom. 12 minutes into the game, Surahammar's Erland Vikström nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Laur Vana made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-1. When the match clock showed 18 minutes, the score became 0-2 when Erland Vikström sped through FC Hiiu Pallurid's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Laur Vana. Mikael Lundström showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Timo Jõeäär in the 22nd minute of the match. A hard, long distance shot from Stig-Ove Kjellbom flew over the goal. 33 minutes into the match, Surahammar's goal looked a bit too open when Timo Jõeäär came free, but Mikael Lundström reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. FC Hiiu Pallurid's Laur Vana played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Osvald Österlund in the 36th minute of play.

Osvald Österlund fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 54th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Laur Vana having to interfere. After 56 minutes of play, FC Hiiu Pallurid's Benno Uusmaa made it 1-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Mikael Lundström was left in no man's land by his defense there! If Timo Jõeäär had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 61st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Ants Ruut during the 63rd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Ants Ruut kicked well hit freekick during the 63rd minute of the match. 64 minutes into the game, Stig-Ove Kjellbom was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Surahammar's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave FC Hiiu Pallurid the free kick. Stig-Ove Kjellbom hit a great freekick 64 minutes into the match. In the 66th match minute, Surahammar was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Stig Aronsson to maneuver through the defense. Ants Ruut received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 68th minute. Mikael Lundström tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. With 69 minutes on the clock, Mattias Drewitz commited a dangerous tackle. The referee had no choice but to show him the red card. If Arne Ambjörnsson had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 76th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. FC Hiiu Pallurid's Laur Vana proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 78th minute of the match, managed to save FC Hiiu Pallurid from getting a goal against them. In the 83rd minute, Albert Konrad hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Laur Vana took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Erland Vikström, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. FC Hiiu Pallurid's defense didn't have a chance, in the 91st minute, when Erland Vikström scored to the left of an out of position Laur Vana, making the score, 2-3. Surahammar played a much better game than FC Hiiu Pallurid and deserved their victory. The FC Hiiu Pallurid players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
