If Rodrigo Araoz had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 11th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. FC Bruges's Tony Van Der Weghen played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Piti Martinez in the 13th minute of play. Tony Van Der Weghen made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Piti Martinez in the 14th minute of play. FC Bruges's goalkeeper couldn't reach when Rodrigo Araoz 17 minutes into the game got a good kick on the ball which found its way into goal just inside left pole. 2-0. In the 23rd minute, Piti Martinez reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Tony Van Der Weghen. The goal made the score 3-0. In the 26th minute, Vipos FC's Aquiles Meo dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 4-0. In the 29th minute, Rodrigo Araoz made a precise shot to the right of Tony Van Der Weghen. FC Bruges's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 5-0. 32 minutes into the match, FC Bruges's goalkeeper Tony Van Der Weghen had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Piti Martinez. In the 34th minute, Rodrigo Araoz fired away a killer shot towards the goal that, to the delight of Tony Van Der Weghen, passed just outside the right post. Bernardo Kauldi's late challenge caught a FC Bruges's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Aquiles Meo to make the kick off. Tony Van Der Weghen showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Piti Martinez, who was totally free with the ball in the 54th minute. After 56 minutes of play, Vipos FC's Rodrigo Araoz made it 8-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Tony Van Der Weghen was left in no man's land by his defense there! FC Bruges's Tony Van Der Weghen played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Emanuel Tohias in the 60th minute of play. In the 64th minute, Rodrigo Araoz left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Vipos FC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 9-0. In the 67th minute Piti Martinez shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Tony Van Der Weghen saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Benoit Elzen hit a great freekick 69 minutes into the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Aquiles Meo in the 71st minute of play forced FC Bruges's goalkeeper Tony Van Der Weghen to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Richy Wiggers's late challenge caught a Vipos FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. The audience was convinced that Aquiles Meo's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Tony Van Der Weghen was relentless in the 76th minute of the game. Tony Van Der Weghen took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Emanuel Tohias, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 78 minutes into the game, Piti Martinez cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 10-0. Tony Van Der Weghen was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. After a defensive mix-up in FC Bruges's zone, Rodrigo Araoz stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Tony Van Der Weghen came out of the goal and Rodrigo Araoz tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Tony Van Der Weghen made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Aquiles Meo in the 83rd minute of play. After some careless play in the FC Bruges defense, Piti Martinez kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Tony Van Der Weghen. The FC Bruges fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Tony Van Der Weghen should have stopped the shot. Tony Van Der Weghen showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Aquiles Meo in the 88th minute of the match. In the 90th minute Piti Martinez shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Tony Van Der Weghen saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Laureano Prejun made an important save on a dangerous shot by Tony Henderickx in the 92nd minute. Tony Van Der Weghen showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Aquiles Meo in the 93rd minute of the match. Piti Martinez took the ball and in the 95 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Tony Van Der Weghen. Tony Van Der Weghen dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 12-0.
