In the 19th minute of the match, Luiz Faria tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but 巩霖源 saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. In the 28th minute, Sconvols United's Ryo Ishizaki seemed to kick out at an opponent. The referee saw this and, surprisingly, showed Ryo Ishizaki the red card, dismissing him from the pitch. The coaching staff of Sconvols United protested bitterly, but the referee would have none of it, and Ryo Ishizaki had no choice but to slowly walk off the pitch. Angelo Di Salvatore had in the 29thth minute some difficulties stopping 齐宇威's well aimed penalty as it nearly passed him on his left side, but he still managed to hold the ball. 巩霖源 made an important save on a dangerous shot by Fabio Aceto in the 32nd minute. Willian Siqueira kicked well hit freekick during the 35th minute of the match. 齐宇威 missed a clear chance of a goal when in the 37 minute of the game fired away a shot, but unfortunally the ball went out to the Angelo Di Salvatore right hand side. 巩霖源 made a fantastic save in the 39th minute, when Cesare De Lorenzi sent off a good shot on target. 45 minutes into the match, 盐城蓝白城堡足球俱乐部's goal looked a bit too open when Cesare De Lorenzi came free, but 巩霖源 reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. When Fabio Aceto came up free with the goalie in the 47th minute, the Sconvols United fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Fabio Aceto couldn't finish the play. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 2-0.

Fabio Aceto scored 3-0 in the 52nd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of 巩霖源, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. 59 minutes into the match, 盐城蓝白城堡足球俱乐部's goal looked a bit too open when Fabio Aceto came free, but 巩霖源 reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Fabio Aceto received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 61st minute. 巩霖源 tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 63rd minute, Fabio Aceto ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. 巩霖源 was frozen by the shot and now it was 4-0. Sconvols United's Florian Vinci got a good chance for a goal in the 65th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 75th minute the ball was on its way in behind 盐城蓝白城堡足球俱乐部's goalkeeper 巩霖源, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. After some careless play in the 盐城蓝白城堡足球俱乐部 defense, Enzo Andreassi kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of 巩霖源. The 盐城蓝白城堡足球俱乐部 fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that 巩霖源 should have stopped the shot. There was no doubt that Sconvols United were the better team. Sconvols United's players enjoyed the ovations of the crowd after the victory.
