Selmo Alabern kicked well hit freekick during the 14th minute of the match. 17 minutes into the match, CF Scalonetos's goal looked a bit too open when Cesareo Herrera came free, but Ahmed Long reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After a rather tough play, CF Scalonetos's Severino Restu got a free kick in the 46th minute. Ahmed Long made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Selmo Alabern in the 47th minute of play. Disappointed in the 0-1 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

In the 59th minute, Cesareo Herrera got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After a rather tough play, Parque Europa FC's Mario Verdaguer got a free kick in the 63rd minute. In the 64th match minute, Parque Europa FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Selmo Alabern to maneuver through the defense. Frisco Barroso was astounded when the referee showed him the red card after a seemingly innocent challenge, 74 minutes into the match. Jeers came from both ends of the stadium when the final whistle went. Neither team had looked impressive and the draw seeemd a fair result.
