The crowd rose to their feet as KOCAELİSPOR's Sümer Ruşen slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Ferhan Revis. That made the score 2-0 after 47 minutes of play. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Sümer Ruşen to make the kick off. When the match clock showed 54 minutes, the score became 3-0 when Sümer Ruşen sped through ＡＳＹＡ's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Ferhan Revis. 62 minutes into the match, KOCAELİSPOR's goal looked a bit too open when Nazil Özdel came free, but Arif Burak Çimen reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Arif Burak Çimen took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Nazil Özdel, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 77 minutes into the match, Sümer Ruşen notched a goal, 4-0, to the right of ＡＳＹＡ's Ferhan Revis. Ferhan Revis showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Aral Yalın, who was totally free with the ball in the 90th minute. In the 92nd minute, Kamer Şensal hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. There were very few away supporters still in the ground by the end of the match. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. KOCAELİSPOR fully deserved thier win.
