Spectators: 7520 (Terracing: 5641, Seating: 1729, VIP seats: 150) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Jorge Cerezo took the kick off in the first half of the match. When Delmiro Castel came up free with the goalie in the 3rd minute, the Juventud Antoniana fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Delmiro Castel couldn't finish the play. After some fancy dribbling in the 8th minute, Aílton Faria managed to get in a good position for a shot. Nitra FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Aílton Faria was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Celso Demario breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. A collision led to Nitra FC getting a freekick after 11 minutes play. Aílton Faria hit a great ball. Nelsinho Ceresso made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ernesto Geleberto in the 14th minute of play. 21 minutes into the match, Juventud Antoniana's goal looked a bit too open when Jorge Cerezo came free, but Celso Demario reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Ernesto Geleberto's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Nelsinho Ceresso read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 23rd minute of play. Delmiro Castel scored 1-0 in the 26th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Nelsinho Ceresso, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Nelsinho Ceresso made an important save on a dangerous shot by Delmiro Castel in the 34th minute. Delmiro Castel received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 39th minute. Nelsinho Ceresso tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 52nd match minute, Juventud Antoniana was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Alejandro Medina to maneuver through the defense. Martin Tabb hit a great freekick 58 minutes into the match. Mauro Ramos could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 59th minute of the match, but Celso Demario made a huge save. 70 minutes into the match, Ernesto Geleberto notched a goal, 3-0, to the right of Nitra FC's Nelsinho Ceresso. Nelsinho Ceresso was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. After having played for 75 minutes, Jorge Cerezo managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Nitra FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Jorge Cerezo was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Juventud Antoniana's Roque Oihan was substituted for Alejandro Medina. Ernesto Geleberto received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 83rd minute. Nelsinho Ceresso tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Hernan Oxel sent away a hard shot on goal in the 87th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ernesto Geleberto in the 88th minute of play forced Nitra FC's goalkeeper Nelsinho Ceresso to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Nelsinho Ceresso showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Delmiro Castel, who was totally free with the ball in the 95th minute. After 95 minutes, Aílton Faria mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Nitra FC and the Juventud Antoniana players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 96th minute, Aílton Faria hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Juventud Antoniana were really happy, having secured the victory after a very even contest.
