The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Natã Lima took the ball and in the 10 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Agustín Orion. Agustín Orion dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-1. An unexpectedly hard shot by Natã Lima in the 14th minute of play forced Maravilla's goalkeeper Agustín Orion to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Agustín Orion came out of the goal in the 25th minute to try and stop a shot by Dinamo Web Clube's Natã Lima. But to his dismay, Natã Lima quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-2. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Constantino Txordon during the 39th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. A collision led to Maravilla getting a freekick after 39 minutes play. Constantino Txordon hit a great ball. 42 minutes into the match, Maravilla's goal looked a bit too open when Reginaldo Coelho came free, but Agustín Orion reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Reginaldo Coelho struck a weak shot in the 46th minute. Agustín Orion didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Dinamo Web Clube. Maravilla's Agustín Orion played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Reginaldo Coelho in the 48th minute of play. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-2 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Reginaldo Coelho to strike the kick off in the second half. 55 minutes in the game, the ball went up into the seats when Dinamo Web Clube's Natã Lima fired away a shot that was just a little bit too high. He walked away shaking his head. If Edu Maia had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 60th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Agustín Orion took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Reginaldo Coelho, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Agustín Orion showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Reginaldo Coelho, who was totally free with the ball in the 75th minute. In the 78th minute, Natã Lima hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Rareș Spârlea received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 79th minute. Silvério Cruz tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. If Natã Lima had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 90th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead.
