Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Narciso Barbosa to make the kick off. Albertinho Netto came out of the goal in the 75th minute to try and stop a shot by Supremacy Catania FC's Edmondo Gazza. But to his dismay, Edmondo Gazza quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 6-1. Nas Horas Vagas F.C's Nelson Dantas got a good chance for a goal in the 78th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 84th minute, Enzo Iezzi hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Albertinho Netto showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Eraldo Trotta, who was totally free with the ball in the 88th minute. Albertinho Netto made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Eraldo Trotta in the 90th minute of play. After a rather tough play, Nas Horas Vagas F.C's Narciso Barbosa got a free kick in the 91st minute. Albertinho Netto took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Bernardo Mastronardi, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The supporters of Nas Horas Vagas F.C booed when Supremacy Catania FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 97 match minutes in a wonderful position. Eraldo Trotta didn't get a good kick on the ball. If Edmondo Gazza had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 99th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Supremacy Catania FC's supporters were delighted with their team's performance and swarmed onto the pitch at the end of the match to celebrate the victory with the players.
