In the 42nd minute, Zé Pedro Pinheiro reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Tito Queirolo. The goal made the score 4-0. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

Edinho da Rocha made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Xabel Vallejo in the 55th minute of play. The supporters of Carrossel Caipira booed when TurboUC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 56 match minutes in a wonderful position. Nazario Alcantara didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 60th minute Diego Armando Larrea shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Edinho da Rocha saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The crowd rose to their feet as Diego Armando Larrea kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Edinho da Rocha. That made the score 4-1 in the 66 minute of play. The referee ignored Carrossel Caipira's protests and gave Samuca Trigo a yellow card for diving instead. Samuca Trigo kicked well hit freekick during the 83rd minute of the match. TurboUC's Clemente Dechent shoveled away a really nice long shot in the 84th minute of play. The shot was stopped by Edinho da Rocha but with some difficulty. In the 86th minute of the match, Edgar Villamayor tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Edinho da Rocha saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. 90 minutes into the game, Nazario Alcantara lined in a short shot 4-2 behind a frustrated Edinho da Rocha. The referee felt a red card was in order, 98 minutes into the game, when Clemente Dechent put in a rough tackle.
