After a rather tough play, FC Hamneskär's Folke Deckbergh got a free kick in the 12th minute. Itacaruaré FC's Tolunay Atlıhan got a good chance for a goal in the 13th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After a rather tough play, FC Hamneskär's Bérenger Petančič got a free kick in the 15th minute. In the 16th minute, Jesus Peio ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Rickard Falkrans was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-1. The audience was convinced that Alfons Hurtig's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Ismael Garaona was relentless in the 26th minute of the game. Jesus Peio kicked well hit freekick during the 27th minute of the match. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

The wind increased when Magno Fernandes made the kick off in the second half. In the 51st minute, Magno Fernandes hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 52 minutes into the match, Itacaruaré FC's goal looked a bit too open when Patrik Beneth came free, but Ismael Garaona reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 57th minute, Patrik Beneth made a precise shot to the right of Ismael Garaona. Itacaruaré FC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 2-1. Magno Fernandes kicked well hit freekick during the 60th minute of the match. In the 63rd minute, Erasmo Pudes hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Tolunay Atlıhan got his second yellow card in the match during the 64th minute which meant that he had to leave the ground. Tolunay Atlıhan hit a great freekick 65 minutes into the match. In the 66th minute Patrik Beneth shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ismael Garaona saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Ismael Garaona made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Bertil Sandell in the 70th minute of play. 72 minutes into the game, Bertil Sandell cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 3-1. Ismael Garaona was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. After having played for 79 minutes, Bertil Sandell managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. FC Hamneskär's supporters crossed their fingers, but Bertil Sandell was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. After 80 minutes of play, FC Hamneskär's Bertil Sandell made it 4-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Ismael Garaona was left in no man's land by his defense there! During the 82nd minute of the match Bengt-Rune Löfgren completely mistimed his tackle and brought down his opponent. The referee gave Bengt-Rune Löfgren a yellow card, his second in the match, which meant he could no longer take part in the game. In the 83rd match minute, FC Hamneskär was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Bengt-Rune Löfgren to maneuver through the defense. After a defensive mix-up in FC Hamneskär's zone, Jesus Peio stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Rickard Falkrans came out of the goal and Jesus Peio tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Jesus Peio received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 90th minute. Rickard Falkrans tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Jerry Bengtsson in the 92nd minute of play forced Itacaruaré FC's goalkeeper Ismael Garaona to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Jesus Peio received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 96th minute. Rickard Falkrans tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. It was no surprise that this one had ended in a win for the home team. FC Hamneskär had played much better football throughout.
