The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. 2 minutes into the game, Patricio Nesto was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Las Momias F. C.'s manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Ornopata the free kick. Patricio Nesto kicked well hit freekick during the 2nd minute of the match. In the 5th minute, Jose-Antonio Hiriart hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After a rather tough play, Ornopata's Francisco Baena got a free kick in the 11th minute. Gonzales Subijana kicked well hit freekick during the 14th minute of the match. After 17 played minutes Ornopata got a freekick which was hit by Francisco Baena. 19 minutes into the match, Las Momias F. C.'s Patricio Nesto sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Eugenio Laincera narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Ulises Shantala lost his temper 21 minutes into the game and shoved another player to the ground. He was immediately shown a red card. Ulises Shantala kicked well hit freekick during the 22nd minute of the match. In the 22nd minute of the match Gonzales Subijana shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Camilo Honesto showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. In the 24th match minute, Las Momias F. C. was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Nacho Nuñez to maneuver through the defense. After having played for 27 minutes, Haroldo Lleir managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Las Momias F. C.'s supporters crossed their fingers, but Haroldo Lleir was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Camilo Honesto showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Vennancio Feyjo in the 32nd minute of the match. After 34 played minutes Ornopata got a freekick which was hit by Jose-Antonio Hiriart. After a rather tough play, Ornopata's Carnero Arramendia got a free kick in the 37th minute. With a little luck, Ornopata's Eugenio Laincera got control of the ball when Haroldo Lleir tried to sneak it across the goal line. 47 minutes into the match, Las Momias F. C.'s goal looked a bit too open when Vennancio Feyjo came free, but Camilo Honesto reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Haroldo Lleir to strike the kick off in the second half. Camilo Honesto made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Vennancio Feyjo in the 51st minute of play. In the 52nd minute Haroldo Lleir shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Eugenio Laincera saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Carnero Arramendia's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 54thth minute, Camilo Honesto skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. When Carnero Arramendia fell near the penalty area in the 55th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Ornopata's protests and gave Carnero Arramendia a yellow card for diving instead. In the 56th match minute, Ornopata was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Carnero Arramendia to maneuver through the defense. If Carnero Arramendia had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 57th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 61 minutes into the match, Las Momias F. C.'s goalkeeper Camilo Honesto had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Urbez Naveros. An unexpectedly hard shot by Carnero Arramendia in the 67th minute of play forced Las Momias F. C.'s goalkeeper Camilo Honesto to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Haroldo Lleir fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 71st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Eugenio Laincera having to interfere. Eugenio Laincera took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Aris Totenberg, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Camilo Honesto made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Carnero Arramendia in the 79th minute of play. Gonzales Subijana's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Camilo Honesto firmly grabbed it by the left post. Urbez Naveros could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 82nd minute of the match, but Camilo Honesto made a huge save. Camilo Honesto took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Vennancio Feyjo, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 88th minute, Camilo Alderete got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. 93 minutes into the match, Las Momias F. C.'s goalkeeper Camilo Honesto had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Urbez Naveros. Neither set of supporters seemed pleased with the draw, but both teams had played equally well today.
