The crowd rose to their feet as Rony Domingues kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Atilano Guifre. That made the score 1-0 in the 9 minute of play. TotoRACING's Atilano Guifre played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Yan das Neves in the 13th minute of play. After 21 played minutes Alvinegro Carioca got a freekick which was hit by César Mello. Jefferson Mesquita got a throw-in 22 minutes in the game and the ball was received by Kauan Santana. If Yan das Neves had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 27th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. The crowd rose to their feet as Alvinegro Carioca's Yan das Neves slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Atilano Guifre. That made the score 2-0 after 29 minutes of play. In the 32nd minute, Higinio Romelio ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Cássio Aguiar was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-1. After a rather tough play, Alvinegro Carioca's Luiz Fernando Braga got a free kick in the 36th minute. Atilano Guifre showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Yan das Neves in the 39th minute of the match. Yan das Neves fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 42nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Atilano Guifre having to interfere. Rony Domingues sent away a hard shot on goal in the 43rd minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Allan Damião's shot from long distance in the 45th minute was not bad at all, but TotoRACING's Atilano Guifre knew what was happening and pushed the ball into his arms just before it hit the right post.

Atilano Guifre showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Rony Domingues in the 55th minute of the match. 56 minutes into the match, Alvinegro Carioca's Rony Domingues sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Atilano Guifre narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Hermínio Ferraz sent away a hard shot on goal in the 59th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The supporters of Alvinegro Carioca booed when TotoRACING was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 71 match minutes in a wonderful position. Higinio Romelio didn't get a good kick on the ball. Atilano Guifre showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Rony Domingues, who was totally free with the ball in the 72nd minute. Cássio Aguiar took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Higinio Romelio, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After a defensive mix-up in TotoRACING's zone, Rony Domingues stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Atilano Guifre came out of the goal and Rony Domingues tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. When the match clock showed 78 minutes, the score became 4-2 when Hermínio Ferraz sped through TotoRACING's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Atilano Guifre. Roberto Lucila charged in rather forcefully in the 80th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Roberto Lucila the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 81st minute, Roberto Lucila hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The supporters of Alvinegro Carioca booed when TotoRACING was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 84 match minutes in a wonderful position. Astor Chayo didn't get a good kick on the ball. When Yan das Neves came up free with the goalie in the 85th minute, the Alvinegro Carioca fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Yan das Neves couldn't finish the play. If Yan das Neves had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 89th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After 92 played minutes TotoRACING got a freekick which was hit by Gerardo Fagondo. Cássio Aguiar made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Roberto Lucila in the 93rd minute of play. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Angelo Petrigai during the 94th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After 94 played minutes TotoRACING got a freekick which was hit by Angelo Petrigai.
