Cyryl Skrzypiec could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 6th minute of the match, but Giovanni de Toledo made a huge save. Claudinei Brito hit a great freekick 8 minutes into the match. 10 minutes into the match, Cyryl Dudek had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Giovanni de Toledo. Minotauro's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Cyryl Dudek was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-0. Pogoń Stawiszyn's Konrad Rykaczewski played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Emílio Matorin in the 15th minute of play. Giovanni de Toledo showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Cyryl Dudek in the 15th minute of the match. Konrad Rykaczewski took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Emílio Matorin, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Emílio Matorin kicked well hit freekick during the 23rd minute of the match. After a rather tough play, Pogoń Stawiszyn's Roland Ranowiecki got a free kick in the 39th minute. After some fancy dribbling in the 40th minute, Claudinei Brito managed to get in a good position for a shot. Minotauro's supporters rose to their feet, but Claudinei Brito was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Konrad Rykaczewski breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Pogoń Stawiszyn's Konrad Rykaczewski played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Sandro Quintal in the 43rd minute of play. Sandro Quintal took the ball and in the 45 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Konrad Rykaczewski. Konrad Rykaczewski dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-2. Disappointed in the 1-2 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.
Minotauro's Severino Guerra was substituted for Edgard Marques. When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Sandro Quintal made a kick off. 55 minutes into the game, Pogoń Stawiszyn's Cyryl Dudek nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Giovanni de Toledo made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 2-2. Sandro Quintal struck a weak shot in the 58th minute. Emílio Matorin charged in rather forcefully in the 62nd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Emílio Matorin the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. The supporters of Pogoń Stawiszyn booed when Minotauro was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 62 match minutes in a wonderful position. Emílio Matorin didn't get a good kick on the ball. Cyryl Dudek received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 63rd minute. Giovanni de Toledo tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. With a little luck, Pogoń Stawiszyn's Konrad Rykaczewski got control of the ball when Sandro Quintal tried to sneak it across the goal line. After having played for 67 minutes, Cyryl Dudek managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. After taking down the ball on Minotauro's corner Kaká Recife fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Konrad Rykaczewski quite easily take care of the ball. 72 minutes into the match, Minotauro's goal looked a bit too open when Roland Ranowiecki came free, but Giovanni de Toledo reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Pogoń Stawiszyn's Konrad Rykaczewski proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 96th minute of the match, managed to save Pogoń Stawiszyn from getting a goal against them.
