After 32 minutes of play, Inter de Melão's Pedro Baptista made it 0-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. 傅霖银 was left in no man's land by his defense there! In the 39th match minute, Inter de Melão was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Marcinho Marques to maneuver through the defense. 孟竞凡 blasted a shot towards the goal in the 40th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Ernani Dias having to make a save. If Falcão Aguiar had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 41st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After 42 played minutes 东方远大队 got a freekick which was hit by 汪翔军. The 东方远大队 players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Inter de Melão were winning 0-1.

Falcão Aguiar's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but 傅霖银 read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 74th minute of play. Inter de Melão were awarded a corner in the 75th minute after 东方远大队's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Pedro Baptista took the corner. Ernani Dias came out of the goal in the 77th minute to try and stop a shot by 东方远大队's 潘战鸿. But to his dismay, 潘战鸿 quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-1. 东方远大队's 雷轩诚 was substituted for 潘战鸿. After a defensive mix-up in 东方远大队's zone, Marcinho Marques stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. 傅霖银 came out of the goal and Marcinho Marques tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 东方远大队 made a substitution. 蔡然剑 replaced 狄强洲. 邓宁霆 hit a great freekick 93 minutes into the match. The 东方远大队 support was delighted with a win in a match that could easily have ended differently.
