Filipe Semedo took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Robbie De Kijser, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 5th minute, Luk Ombelets reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Filipe Semedo. The goal made the score 1-0. With his leg Filipe Semedo managed to avoid a goal in the 11thth minute, when Olavarria FC's Robbie De Kijser fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. GD JULIO DINIS's Filipe Semedo played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Robbie De Kijser in the 15th minute of play. After 20 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for GD JULIO DINIS! Gonçalo Fidalgo charged in rather forcefully in the 23rd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Gonçalo Fidalgo the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Luk Ombelets might have been able to make a better finish in the 24th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Filipe Semedo. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Luk Ombelets ran back to his position shaking his head. Rüştü Preudhomme made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Norberto Santana in the 26th minute of play. In the 30th minute, Glenn Lejeune hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 34 minutes into the match, GD JULIO DINIS's goal looked a bit too open when Luk Ombelets came free, but Filipe Semedo reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Filipe Semedo showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Robbie De Kijser in the 40th minute of the match. Olavarria FC's Rüştü Preudhomme played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Aldaír Ruas in the 41st minute of play. In the 43rd minute, Norberto Santana hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Robbie De Kijser did some fancy footwork in front of goal and succeeded to deceive the defenders so he could slam the ball in 2-0 to the left of a surprised Filipe Semedo 44 minutes into the match. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 2-0.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Norberto Santana was the one to do the kick off. Rüştü Preudhomme made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Geraldo Lopes in the 52nd minute of play. After a rather tough play, Olavarria FC's Guillaume Carels got a free kick in the 53rd minute. 54 minutes into the match, Olavarria FC's goal looked a bit too open when Geraldo Lopes came free, but Rüştü Preudhomme reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Olavarria FC's Rüştü Preudhomme played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Geraldo Lopes in the 57th minute of play. After 60 played minutes GD JULIO DINIS got a freekick which was hit by Gonçalo Fidalgo. 62 minutes into the match, Guillaume Carels notched a goal, 3-0, to the right of GD JULIO DINIS's Filipe Semedo. Filipe Semedo was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Aldaír Ruas sent away a hard shot on goal in the 67th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Geraldo Lopes showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 3-1. In the 83rd match minute, Olavarria FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Glenn Lejeune to maneuver through the defense. In the 87thth minute of the game Luk Ombelets who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but GD JULIO DINIS's Filipe Semedo was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Filipe Semedo took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Luk Ombelets, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The Olavarria FC fans cheered their team off the field, for while GD JULIO DINIS had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
