In the 15th minute Wilfredo Quinto shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Moises Ugutz saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 17 minutes into the match, Nicolas Bizi had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Moises Ugutz. Firmat Foot Ball Club's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Nicolas Bizi was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-1. 20 minutes into the match, Leones FC's goalkeeper Aureliano Obeko had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Ismael Iztal. After 28 minutes, Virgilio Lauro mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Firmat Foot Ball Club and the Leones FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. After 28 played minutes Firmat Foot Ball Club got a freekick which was hit by Virgilio Lauro. Celso Isusko made in the 30th minute of the game a throw-in that took a bad bounce and was taken care of by Leones FC's Nicolas Bizi. A collision led to Leones FC getting a freekick after 32 minutes play. Ignacio Cayo hit a great ball. In the 35th minute, Alejo Louis hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The audience thought a goal was coming when Albano Acevedo got free with Aureliano Obeko in the 38th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. After some careless play in the Firmat Foot Ball Club defense, Nicanor Florinio kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Moises Ugutz. The Firmat Foot Ball Club fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Moises Ugutz should have stopped the shot. After 46 played minutes Firmat Foot Ball Club got a freekick which was hit by Gonzalo Calcini. If Nicanor Florinio had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 48th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead.

Celso Isusko's late challenge caught a Leones FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Celso Isusko helped the player get up and apologised. Celso Isusko kicked well hit freekick during the 52nd minute of the match. Moises Ugutz acted impressively in front of the goal and made a superb save when he, in the 53rd minute, took the ball on the long shot from Wilfredo Quinto. Gonzalo Calcini scored 1-3 in the 61st match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Aureliano Obeko, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. The supporters of Leones FC booed when Firmat Foot Ball Club was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 70 match minutes in a wonderful position. Celso Isusko didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 72nd minute, Dante Mannie hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. With a little luck, Firmat Foot Ball Club's Moises Ugutz got control of the ball when Wilfredo Quinto tried to sneak it across the goal line.
