Jeoffrey Wiggers sent away a hard shot on goal in the 25th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 29 minutes into the game, Albano Acevedo lined in a short shot 3-0 behind a frustrated Nils Van De Wiele. Jan-Joost Decoster struck a weak shot in the 35th minute. Moises Ugutz didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for VC zoetwater. Jeoffrey Wiggers fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 36th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Moises Ugutz having to interfere. Moises Ugutz showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ricky Meijers in the 42nd minute of the match. Jeoffrey Wiggers recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 44th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Moises Ugutz showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Andreas Wollans, who was totally free with the ball in the 46th minute. Af the end of the first half the score was 4-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

The wind increased when Ricky Meijers made the kick off in the second half. 52 minutes into the match, Firmat Foot Ball Club's goal looked a bit too open when Andreas Wollans came free, but Moises Ugutz reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Moises Ugutz made an important save on a dangerous shot by Ricky Meijers in the 54th minute. In the 56th minute, Gonzalo Calcini made a precise shot to the right of Nils Van De Wiele. VC zoetwater's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 5-0. The referee showed Albano Acevedo the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Albano Acevedo hit a great freekick 69 minutes into the match. Moises Ugutz was out of position in the 70 minute of play, and Ricky Meijers capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Ricky Meijers really showed his touch with that goal: 5-1. Nils Van De Wiele made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Gonzalo Calcini in the 78th minute of play. After a defensive mix-up in VC zoetwater's zone, Ismael Iztal stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Nils Van De Wiele came out of the goal and Ismael Iztal tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Virgilio Lauro during the 86th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Virgilio Lauro kicked well hit freekick during the 86th minute of the match. The supporters of Firmat Foot Ball Club booed when VC zoetwater was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 88 match minutes in a wonderful position. Wayne Ketelers didn't get a good kick on the ball. The home crowd let out a huge roar when the referee blew for the end of the game. Firmat Foot Ball Club were victorious despite being under pressure from VC zoetwater for much of the match.
