If Ferdinando Walcher had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 9th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After a rather tough play, Broom of the System DA13's Francesco Petito got a free kick in the 11th minute. 19 minutes into the game, Dino Cannavacciuolo was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Broom of the System DA13's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Fire Devils the free kick. 18 minutes into the game, one of Broom of the System DA13:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. 1-0 came through a penalty shot after 22 played minutes, when Fire Devils:s Martial Schwersenz calmly waited for Broom of the System DA13:s goalkeeper to move before he rolled in the ball by the right post. A collision led to Broom of the System DA13 getting a freekick after 26 minutes play. Francesco Petito hit a great ball. Ermanno Briganti made an important save on a dangerous shot by Horace Feldmann in the 28th minute. In the 37th minute Dino Cannavacciuolo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Toto Caputo saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Donato Di Fazio hit a great freekick 39 minutes into the match. Ermanno Briganti stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Horace Feldmann's shot from short distance in the 41st minute. Ermanno Briganti showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Horace Feldmann in the 44th minute of the match. With his leg Ermanno Briganti managed to avoid a goal in the 47thth minute, when Fire Devils's Horace Feldmann fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Ferdinando Walcher was the one to do the kick off. When Ferdinando Walcher fell near the penalty area in the 54th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Broom of the System DA13's protests and gave Ferdinando Walcher a yellow card for diving instead. Ermanno Briganti showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Horace Feldmann, who was totally free with the ball in the 73rd minute. Ferdinando Walcher received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 74th minute. Toto Caputo tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Broom of the System DA13's Ferdinando Walcher got a good chance for a goal in the 77th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Ermanno Briganti took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Loris Hellmüller, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 82nd minute, Aldo Petrini hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After 82 played minutes, Fire Devils's Martial Schwersenz shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Ermanno Briganti came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Fire Devils reached it. Martial Schwersenz's long shot made the audience stand up and applaude when it rumbled by Ermanno Briganti on his right side and into the goal. 82 minutes into the game it was 3-0. Ermanno Briganti took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Horace Feldmann, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Broom of the System DA13's Ermanno Briganti played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Horace Feldmann in the 94th minute of play. In the 95thth minute of the game Horace Feldmann who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Broom of the System DA13's Ermanno Briganti was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. It was no surprise that this one had ended in a win for the home team. Fire Devils had played much better football throughout.
