Spectators: 7533 (Terracing: 5651, Seating: 1732, VIP seats: 150) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Ciriaco Vito kicked off to start the match. 3 minutes into the match, Barrilete Cósmico FC's goal looked a bit too open when Luiz Fernando Botelho came free, but Ramiro Nicholas reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 7 minutes into the match, Elivélton Nóbrega had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Ramiro Nicholas. Barrilete Cósmico FC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Elivélton Nóbrega was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-1. An unexpected shot in the 11th minute by Feliberto Fraco got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. In the 20th match minute, Joinville United - FSCMZ was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Rafa Santos to maneuver through the defense. Leopoldo Txomin charged in rather forcefully in the 22nd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Leopoldo Txomin the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After 22 played minutes Barrilete Cósmico FC got a freekick which was hit by Leopoldo Txomin. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Luiz Fernando Botelho in the 25th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Ramiro Nicholas prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Luiz Fernando Botelho sent away a hard shot on goal in the 27th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Feliberto Fraco fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 34th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without João Pedro Rodrigues having to interfere.

Ramiro Nicholas made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Elivélton Nóbrega in the 52nd minute of play. Cleiton Breckenfeld recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 54th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After 55 played minutes Barrilete Cósmico FC got a freekick which was hit by Leonides Restu. Luiz Fernando Botelho struck a weak shot in the 56th minute. Ramiro Nicholas didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Joinville United - FSCMZ. Jacobo Illan hit a great freekick 56 minutes into the match. The audience was convinced that Luiz Fernando Botelho's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Ramiro Nicholas was relentless in the 58th minute of the game. Luiz Fernando Botelho could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 60th minute of the match, but Ramiro Nicholas made a huge save. Ciriaco Vito recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 62nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. If Elivélton Nóbrega had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 66th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Ramiro Nicholas showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Luiz Fernando Botelho in the 68th minute of the match. A collision led to Joinville United - FSCMZ getting a freekick after 73 minutes play. Luiz Fernando Botelho hit a great ball. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Luiz Fernando Botelho in the 78th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Ramiro Nicholas prevented the ball from getting in the gole. If Luiz Fernando Botelho had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 84th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After 89 played minutes Joinville United - FSCMZ got a freekick which was hit by Cleiton Breckenfeld. Joinville United - FSCMZ played a much better game than Barrilete Cósmico FC and deserved their victory. The Barrilete Cósmico FC players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
