With 10 minutes on the clock, Iván Dayson commited a dangerous tackle. The referee had no choice but to show him the red card. 9 minutes into the game, one of Club Deportes Santa Cruz:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. Club Deportes Santa Cruz:s Jorge Vicente Basay showed great skill when he stopped Wawrzyniec Marud:s penalty. After a defensive mix-up in ★ Xavi ★【№ 6】⚽ Legend's zone, Fernán Nancupel stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Radomir Winszman came out of the goal and Fernán Nancupel tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 22nd minute Fernán Nancupel shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Radomir Winszman saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Jaime Rufo during the 25th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. A collision led to Club Deportes Santa Cruz getting a freekick after 25 minutes play. Jaime Rufo hit a great ball. Mariusz Brzakala sent away a hard shot on goal in the 35th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Fernán Nancupel in the 40th minute of play forced ★ Xavi ★【№ 6】⚽ Legend's goalkeeper Radomir Winszman to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Jorge Vicente Basay showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Mariusz Brzakala, who was totally free with the ball in the 61st minute. Mercurio Pasos fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 66th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Radomir Winszman having to interfere. Herbert Petka didn't get a good kick on the ball. When Fernán Nancupel came up free with the goalie in the 75th minute, the Club Deportes Santa Cruz fans jumped to their feet.
