In the 13th minute of the match Albigasta FC got a corner. Vamos Los Pibes!!!!'s goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Alberto Fortun ran over to the corner to take the kick. After 14 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for Albigasta FC! After some careless play in the Albigasta FC defense, Eliseo Etor kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Albino Sol. The Albigasta FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Albino Sol should have stopped the shot. After a rather tough play, Vamos Los Pibes!!!!'s Eliseo Etor got a free kick in the 18th minute. Iker Froila showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Mauricio Tello in the 21st minute of the match. Rafael Cordeals short, quick shot in the 23rdth minute got Albino Sol to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. Albino Sol made a fantastic save in the 25th minute, when Rafael Cordeal sent off a good shot on target. Iker Froila showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Nicolas Urtsua in the 27th minute of the match. After 27 minutes, Victorio Dacio mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Vamos Los Pibes!!!! and the Albigasta FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. A collision led to Vamos Los Pibes!!!! getting a freekick after 27 minutes play. Victorio Dacio hit a great ball. Nicolas Urtsua hit a great freekick 29 minutes into the match. Albino Sol was out of position in the 31 minute of play, and Victorio Dacio capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Victorio Dacio really showed his touch with that goal: 3-0. Victorio Dacio might have been able to make a better finish in the 34th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Albino Sol. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Victorio Dacio ran back to his position shaking his head. Vamos Los Pibes!!!!'s Iker Froila played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Mauricio Tello in the 37th minute of play. Albino Sol took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Eliseo Etor, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Rafael Cordeal could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 41st minute of the match, but Albino Sol made a huge save. An unexpectedly hard shot by Victorio Dacio in the 42nd minute of play forced Albigasta FC's goalkeeper Albino Sol to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Mauricio Tello received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 44th minute. Iker Froila tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 46th minute Victorio Dacio shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Albino Sol saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Rafael Cordeal made a kick off.
