Remigio Salvator's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Douglas Käcker read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 11th minute of play. 13 minutes into the game, Albigasta FC's Remigio Salvator nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Douglas Käcker made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-1. Urbano Bemabe came out of the goal in the 19th minute to try and stop a shot by BK Nerysminne's Ingvar Lindgren. But to his dismay, Ingvar Lindgren quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-1. 24 minutes into the match, Mauricio Tello had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Douglas Käcker. BK Nerysminne's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Mauricio Tello was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-2. 27 minutes into the match, Albigasta FC's goalkeeper Urbano Bemabe had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Ingvar Lindgren. In the 31st minute, Remigio Salvator ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Douglas Käcker was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-3. Douglas Käcker made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Mauricio Tello in the 34th minute of play. In the 36th minute, Remigio Salvator left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Albigasta FC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-4. Ingvar Lindgren in the 39thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Urbano Bemabe, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. BK Nerysminne's Douglas Käcker played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Remigio Salvator in the 42nd minute of play. In the 44thth minute of the game Ingvar Lindgren who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Albigasta FC's Urbano Bemabe was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. BK Nerysminne's Bror Hanmark got a good chance for a goal in the 48th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After the first half Albigasta FC were leading 1-4. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Bror Hanmark to strike the kick off in the second half. When the match clock showed 55 minutes, the score became 2-4 when Bror Hanmark sped through Albigasta FC's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Urbano Bemabe. After 66 minutes BK Nerysminne's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Alberto Fortun who took care of the corner kick. Albigasta FC's Alberto Fortun was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Douglas Käcker in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. BK Nerysminne's Douglas Käcker proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 67th minute of the match, managed to save BK Nerysminne from getting a goal against them. After 69 played minutes Mauricio Tello rounded BK Nerysminne's defense and shot a beautiful shot into goal via left pole - 3-5. In the 74th minute, Ingvar Lindgren made a precise shot to the right of Urbano Bemabe. Albigasta FC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 4-5. Bror Hanmark received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 78th minute. Urbano Bemabe tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After some careless play in the BK Nerysminne defense, Nicolas Urtsua kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Douglas Käcker. The BK Nerysminne fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Douglas Käcker should have stopped the shot.
