The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. 潘岚铮 received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Alex Sarmento came out and tried to block the shot, but 潘岚铮 slotted it home off the left post making it 1-0 in the 3rd minute. When the match clock showed 6 minutes, the score became 2-0 when 潘岚铮 sped through SRP-Laguna's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Alex Sarmento. The supporters of Rank 1 booed when SRP-Laguna was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 10 match minutes in a wonderful position. João Francisco Almeida didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 11th minute Conny Vesterberg shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Alex Sarmento saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Alex Sarmento was a little too slow when 潘岚铮 got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 12th minute. The score was now 3-0. In the 17th minute, Richárd Richards hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 19th minute Conny Vesterberg shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Alex Sarmento saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Alex Sarmento made an important save on a dangerous shot by 潘岚铮 in the 22nd minute. The corner led SRP-Laguna's Hong Køng to fire away a dangerous shot which Klas Ståhlberg despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. The audience thought a goal was coming when 潘岚铮 got free with Alex Sarmento in the 29th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. When the match clock showed 31 minutes, the score became 4-0 when 潘岚铮 sped through SRP-Laguna's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Alex Sarmento. In the 34th minute, Rank 1's Ulf Ros dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 5-0. Alex Sarmento didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Fabiano Antonini went, in the 40th minute, to the upper right corner, 6-0 was the resulting score. The audience thought a goal was coming when 潘岚铮 got free with Alex Sarmento in the 45th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 6-0 at half-time.

In the 52nd minute, 潘岚铮 left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Rank 1 fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 7-0. Rank 1's Klas Ståhlberg proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 58th minute of the match, managed to save Rank 1 from getting a goal against them. Alex Sarmento showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from 潘岚铮 in the 61st minute of the match. Alex Sarmento took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from John Bogren, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Hong Køng charged in rather forcefully in the 63rd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Hong Køng the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After 64 played minutes SRP-Laguna got a freekick which was hit by Hong Køng. Fabiano Antonini succeeded in the game's 67th minute to shoot an unreachable shot under the crossbar and scored - 8-0. Rank 1's Stefan Pååk was substituted for John Bogren. Alex Sarmento took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from 潘岚铮, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Alex Sarmento showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Fabiano Antonini, who was totally free with the ball in the 81st minute. Alex Sarmento made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Stefan Pååk in the 85th minute of play. After some careless play in the SRP-Laguna defense, Ulf Ros kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Alex Sarmento. The SRP-Laguna fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Alex Sarmento should have stopped the shot. After a defensive mix-up in SRP-Laguna's zone, Conny Vesterberg stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Alex Sarmento came out of the goal and Conny Vesterberg tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Alex Sarmento stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of 潘岚铮's shot from short distance in the 89th minute. Alex Sarmento made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Stefan Pååk in the 93rd minute of play. In the 96th minute 潘岚铮 shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Alex Sarmento saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. There were very few away supporters still in the ground by the end of the match. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. Rank 1 fully deserved thier win.
