An unexpectedly hard shot by Villiam Slott in the 13th minute of play forced Berkshire Harthaway FC.'s goalkeeper Charles De Meur to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. A collision led to Berkshire Harthaway FC. getting a freekick after 16 minutes play. Lázár Király hit a great ball. Jannich Brolyng took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Illés Kováts, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Ottó Zolnai might have been able to make a better finish in the 22nd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Jannich Brolyng. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Ottó Zolnai ran back to his position shaking his head. 24 minutes into the game, Ottó Zolnai cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-1. Jannich Brolyng was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Charles De Meur made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Einer Husch in the 28th minute of play. Ottó Zolnai sent away a hard shot on goal in the 29th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Jannich Brolyng took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Illés Kováts, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. If Ottó Zolnai had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 47th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Illés Kováts took the ball and in the 47 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Jannich Brolyng. Jannich Brolyng dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-2. Disappointed in the 1-2 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Illés Kováts was the one to do the kick off. The crowd rose to their feet as Berkshire Harthaway FC.'s Illés Kováts slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Jannich Brolyng. That made the score 1-3 after 55 minutes of play. After 58 minutes of play, Berkshire Harthaway FC.'s Ottó Zolnai made it 1-4 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Jannich Brolyng was left in no man's land by his defense there! Pelle Varbæk scored 2-4 in the 64th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Charles De Meur, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. When the match had gone on for 69 minutes, Villiam Slott put it in 3-4 from a short distance just to the right of Charles De Meur. Ottó Zolnai struck a weak shot in the 73rd minute. Jannich Brolyng didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Berkshire Harthaway FC.. When the match had gone on for 79 minutes, Imre Pölöskei took a quick shot and it went in 3-5 without a chance for Jannich Brolyng to make any attempt to save it. Jannich Brolyng made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Elemér Udvarhelyi in the 91st minute of play. The Saco FC manager could be seen shouting at his players as they walked down the tunnel after the match. He was clearly angry that they had squandered their superior possession, allowing Berkshire Harthaway FC. to win.
